My point is, if you can afford it, don't blame Amazon. They're not in the wrestling figure business. You said you're a completist. And you can easily complete your task. But it is Amazon's fault. Even if someone is a completionist. How is it their fault? They are not a wrestling toy company. They couldn't care less about it. Some Joe Schmoe was in charge of setting up the orders/distribution and probably half-assed it on his lunch break. |

I got my notice that my Hogan's have shipped when I woke up this morning. Anyone else have the same updates

probably because Amazon underestimated their orders for the really popular characters. and then didnt want to take thousands of pre-orders once they started flying in because scalpers and re-sellers were ordering 10-20 of each. also people need to just calm THE  down with this stuff. you dont have to be the first person on earth to get something. if you just let the product come in stock there will be plenty to go around for everyone. this isn't going to turn into a Rock situation.....and to be honest that Rock ultimate was in stock multiple times and kind of sat around for a long time. there's ZERO patience with collectors anymore. everyone just wants everything now right away or they want to pre-order things months in advance so they can move on to the next pre-order. how's that Amazon UE Rock doing |

I got my Jeff Hardy, a little underwhelming. The chest is way too bulky and the new arm piece are way looser than what they were on nWo Hogan. Face scan is cool, screaming face reminds me of Adrenaline 1. The white rag still falls out just as easy as an elite. It's not a bad figure, I was just very excited for this figure.

What an awful reply. Why should any one "pony up" and pay scalpers?!? My post wasn't about this anyway. It was the mess they've made on getting these on sale in the first place. I don't have a budget problem, but lots of people do, these things are expensive enough as they are TBH. My point is, if you can afford it, don't blame Amazon. Because some people bought 10 of them in hopes of flipping them. Then you have collectors like Alex West Copies that need 20 Hogan figures.

Would be great to get some answers on these figures, because as a UE completist I am finding these Amazon figures very frustrating. Jeff Hardy was easy to get in the U.K. but hard to find the the US Hulk Hogan got sent out, then the next batch of orders need fo wait a YEAR! Surely it doesn't take that long to produce a figure that's already made?!? There has been no comment from Amazon or Mattel. Now Warrior is saying dispatched but hasn't been, he's no longer up for pre order or sale and no idea if I'll ever be able to get him. HHH out of the same set as Warrior is easy to pre order though. But only on the US Amazon. The whole thing is a complete mess. Just checking, but you DO know that you don’t have to pay for a preorder from Amazon until it ships right. Be surprised how many people don’t realize that still, so not trying to be an ass. |
