This is open for discussion. I'll post a few things on my own, but I'm also interested in giving back. What types of things would people be interested in seeing here? Outside of the "This Day in History" segment, each post/topic will consist of a detailed report, possibly even analysis. Thank you.
World Wrestling Xcellence (WWX) is a promotion based out of Pennsylvania that presents itself as a promotion that has its sights set on everything pro wrestling.
11 Years Ago Today (November 24th, 2010): The National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) becomes the governing body for a group of 26 independent professional wrestling promotions, the heads of these 26 professional wrestling promotions are made the first Board of Directors. The NWA operated a territory system and sanctioned various championships, recognized one World Champion from 5 of the 26 promotions (with one of them marketed as the World's Champion), participated in talent exchanges, and collectively protected the territorial integrity of its member promotions. Prior to this day, the NWA was operating as a singular promotion, and, afterwards, still aired regular shows featuring its own roster, albeit a limited one. The NWA was considered the leading independent wrestling promotion, but that was overlooked due to the rise of so many major wrestling promotions around the world. So, the NWA began negotiations with as many independent promotions as it could to once again gain the prominence, and size, it had once had. The negotiations came to a head on this day, but the NWA decided to retain control over its World Championship and World Tag Team Championship as well. This part of the agreement is what made the coalition of independent promotions loose and, to the fans at least, non-existent.
14 Years Ago Today (November 24th, 2007): The first show. The heralded history of this company finds its roots in backyard wrestling of all things. The family behind this particular precursor, the Parsons, changed everything and turned the business model completely, including how the NWA was operating at the time. The business did not know what it had on its hands when the precursor to the WWX, known then as the FWX, began in a cul-de-sac one fall day. That was, of course, before the global expansion that saw Jack Tunney takeover and the Parsons fading into obscurity, despite them being behind this mega giant of a company. They laid the foundation upon which President Jack Tunney continues to build upon on this day. The success this company and that family have achieved could be compared to the success of such families as the Osmonds in film and other such families. Let us go back to the tail end of the 2000s and to where it all began in a small city in Pennsylvania called: Bucks County. Their first show contained just one main event match for the FWX Championship, which saw Lincoln Parsons defeat his brother, Alex, in front of a crowd that contained their friends from the neighborhood. They were 16 and the belt was made of paper.

The history of the LCWF X-Division: The LCWF X-Division was established on the first day of September 2010, which was the 8th LCWF show, with what was scheduled as an 8-Man Tag Team match, but two of the wrestlers were assaulted backstage and it became a 4-on-2 handicap match. It saw the team of Caylen Croft, Jesse, Luke Gallows, and Vance Archer - collectively known as B4: The Beautiful Bad Boys of Bingo - defeat James and Lance Storm - collectively known as the Forces of Nature. Later that same day, the X-Division Championship was introduced in order to feature the division more prominently, but the first champion was not going to be determined for another 4 weeks during the 12th LCWF taping. The division would be expanded even further with the introduction of X-Division Tag Team Titles, which would only be competed for by those individuals who claimed to be members of the X-Division beforehand.
Since its inception, it's hook in the wrestling world has been it's not about weight limits, it's about no limits, as coined by Mike Tenay. The X-Division is primarily filled with smaller, high flyers, but that is not due to weight class because the LCWF also hosts both Cruiserweight and Light Heavyweight divisions. Speculation has been that a weight limit may be instilled if those divisions were to ever go away for any reason and any period of time. The rules regarding the championship are allowed to be altered at any time, but the power rests with the General Manager (GM) of the LCWF at the time and the decision can always be overturned by the Board of Directors, just as the GM can veto anything the Board recommends.
The Last Chance Wrestling Federation (LCWF) X Division has multiple styles of match types used to showcase the talent within the division and to defend the LCWF X Division Championship in more marketable matches. The most notable of which is the Ultimate X match. The Ultimate X match was introduced to the X-Division on September 1st, 2010. It involves multiple competitors racing to retrieve the X Division Championship or a giant red letter "X", which is suspended above the ring by two cables. The cables are attached to posts that stand behind the turnbuckles of the ring. These cables intertwine to form an "X" over the center of the ring. This match has become successful in LCWF; it was featured in the 2008 DVD "LCWF: Ultimate Matches", released by LCWF Home Video.
The X-Division championship was created and debuted before the 5th match at the taping of LCWF’s twelfth weekly episodic event on September 27th, 2010; the event aired on September 29th, 2010. Later, Austin Aries teamed with The Forces of Nature and defeated The Amazing Red, Jeremy Buck, and Max Buck in a 6-Man Torndao Tag Team Elimination match, in which the last man standing or the man on the winning team who scored the final fall would be crowned the inaugural champion; this match was announced as being for the WWX X Championship on the onscreen graphic while the ring announcer stated it was for the “WWX-LCWF X Championship". Afterwards, the title was renamed the WWX-LCWF X Division Championship and then shortened to just the LCWF X Division Championship. This is recognized as one of the original 13 championships in the LCWF.
The most intense feud in this division has been Daniel Bryan vs. The Amazing Red. The Amazing Red, now the Cruiserweight Champion, has had an intense rivalry with Daniel Bryan, which came about during Eric Bischoff's First NeXus War.
Option C is a concept in which the current X Division Champion may voluntarily vacate the championship in exchange for a World Championship match. As of 2021, this opportunity is applicable to the Pay-Per-View event during the month in which Option C is offered. On an episode of LCWF on June 25th, 2011, Austin Aries would proclaim that in the nine months he had been X-Division Champion, he had proven himself the complete package, and the greatest man to ever live, but he declared he was not satisfied with the X-Division Title.
On that note, General Manager Eric Bischoff came out to the ring, and agreed that Austin Aries had proven himself worthy, saying that Aries may have a title shot at the next PPV, Takeover: Fright Night…but there was a catch. Aries first had to successfully defend the championship against Desmond Wolfe and Slam Master J in an Ultimate X match that night to receive a choice. Bischoff says he can’t have a World Champion and X-Division Champion be the same person, so Aries would have two options, should he win the match: Option A – Aries may have a title shot for any LCWF recognized Heavyweight Championship, but only if Aries vacates his X-Division Championship, putting his “money where your mouth is”. If Aries wins his World Title match, he gets everything he wants, but if he loses, he has nothing. Option B – Aries keeps the X-Division Championship but doesn’t get a title shot at a World Championship.
This would have been a difficult decision for Aries, as he wanted his opportunity for one of the biggest prizes in LCWF, but he had fought hard for his X-Division Championship and cared deeply for it. On top of having to make his first successful title defense before even being given the option in the first place. General Manager Bischoff was prepared to give Aries one week to decide and think it over, which would bring us to July 2, 2011, when Bischoff would have come out to the ring to call Aries out for his answer. However, Slam Master J went on to win the X-Division Championship that night.
After the match, Slam Master J would come out and declare whilst everyone may want to be World Champion, “The X-Division title, this Championship right here? This is the Championship this company is going to be built on”, putting over how important the X-Division title is, with respect to the first ever champion Aries, and his belief that just handing over the title, devalues everything it stands for. He was then interrupted by the former champion, Aries.
Aries said he wanted to come up with an idea that would not only keep the value of the X-Division Title if he retained it, but actually make it more valuable than ever before; something he thinks should be offered to new X-Division Champion, Slam Master J.
Which he refers to as: Option C – Whichever X-Division Champion elects this option first sets the standard from here. Every year, whoever is X-Division Champion in the lead-up to the PPV event in the month when this Option is first used, can also cash in the belt for the opportunity of a World Heavyweight Title Shot.
General Manager Bischoff accepted Option C, and made it official by offering it to Slam Master J, but Slam Master J refused. Two weeks later, on July 30, 2011, Daniel Bryan won the X-Division Championship by defeating Slam Master J and Wade Barrett in a T.L.C match. The following year, on July 2, 2012, Daniel Bryan was still the X-Division Champion and was offered the first official opportunity to take advantage of Option C, but he refused. To this day, Daniel Bryan is still the X-Division Champion and has successfully defended the belt against King Kong Bundy and Angelo Dawkins.
Option C history: #1 Daniel Bryan (July 2, 2012) Orlando, FL LCWF Episode: Daniel Bryan opts not to invoke Option C.
List of X-Division Champions: #1 Austin Aries (September 29, 2010) LCWF Episode #12 Huntsville, Alabama (269 Days) Austin Aries scored the final pin in a 6-Man Tornado Tag Team Elimination Match also involving James Storm, Lance Storm, The Amazing Red, and Max and Jeremy Buck. *Inaugural Champion*
#2 Slam Master J (June 25th, 2011) LCWF Episode #15 Nashville, Tennessee (39 Days) Slam Master J defeated Austin Aries and Desmond Wolfe in an Ultimate X match.
#3 Daniel Bryan (August 3rd, 2011) LCWF Episode #17 Memphis, Tennessee (3,763+) Daniel Bryan defeated Slam Master J and Wade Barrett in a T.L.C. match.

The history of the WWX X-Division: The WWX X-Division was established on the October 27th, 2009 episode of Xplosion, which was the 3rd Xplosion show, with what was scheduled as an X-Division Championship match, but the winner of the match suffered an injury in the match so the Board did not want to take any chances. It saw Mr. Kennedy defeat Abyss, The Hurricane, and Funaki in a Fatal Four Way match. Later that same day, the X-Division Championship was introduced in order to feature the division more prominently, but the first champion was not going to be determined until the following week, during the 4th Xplosion taping. The division would be expanded even further with the introduction of X-Division Tag Team Titles, which would only be competed for by those individuals who claimed to be members of the X-Division beforehand. The World Wrestling Xcellence (WWX) X Division has multiple styles of match types used to showcase the talent within the division and to defend the W.W.X. X Division Championship in more marketable matches. The most notable of which is the Ultimate X match. The Ultimate X match was introduced to the X-Division on the September 28th, 2010 edition of Xplosion, which saw then-X-Division Champion Dolph Ziggler defeat Umaga and Daivari in a triple threat edition of the match. The X-Division championship was created and debuted before the 4th match at the taping of WWX Xplosion's 4th weekly episodic event on November 1st, 2009; the event aired on November 3rd, 2009. On that show, Dolph Ziggler would defeat Umaga in a Ladder match to become the inaugural champion.

Tazz's history with the WWX: Tazz was among one of the first signings to World Wrestling Xcellence when it first launched globally on September 4th, 2008 and officially made his debut on the July 13th, 2009 episode of Xplosion in a match against Robert Roode, which he ultimately won. He would spend part of his initial time training his fellow announcer Joey Styles. Following the win in his debut match, it was expected that he would quickly move in to the main event scene during Xplosion's early days. This was put to the test when his name came up in the discussion for crowning the first ever WWX United States Continental Heavyweight Champion and he made a series of promos announcing his intentions to do just that. He was also hinting at the possible formation of his own group known as the Tazzmaniacs, but that idea still has not materialized to this day.
