How are they involved? (Aside from talking about them on their podcast) With the BCAs they have been assigned a discount code which is normally an indication they have their foot in the door. Just a personal preference for me, and not something I want to get involved with just for the potential negative impact that one group of people can have, I think eventually they will be involved or angle for BCAs for themselves, and the normal antics begin. Just not for me, but I hope the peeps that do get them enjoy them, I can certainly appreciate them and the efforts and signings all the same. More likely, they've been given the discount code because Chella and FC, or whomever, know that the Major Pod have a lot of followers who would/could be potential buyers. I personally wouldn't read much more into it than that. 🤷 |

The MWFP has over 100k youtube subscribers and Ryder has over 2.5m twitter followers. Referral codes in that instance are only good for Chella. More eyes on the product means more success, and more opportunities for them to invest on more products. |

FC is more than just the producer of Bone Crushers. They are essentially just Ringside but on a smaller scale. Lots of other influencers have codes assigned to them. |

Again just my reasoning of why I won’t be getting involved in this line going forward but I acknowledge it’s a cool line for sure. I keep hearing that the influencer aspect of collecting in 2022 is something I just have to be accepting off which is true. But I by no means have to support anything associated with a brand I don’t agree with and I will simply choose not to.

All these figure drops are great, but for international customers, I have to start picking and choosing or hoping I can get a few in one hit, because the cost of shipping for each pre-order virtually doubles the cost. It's frustrating, but it is what it is. Very frustrating. I was just about to place an order but I'm umming and ahing after seeing that the shipping is £15 just to Sweden. |

The only lines I have been focusing on currently are Mattel, Jazwares, and Chellas retro line and elite style line. With regards to the mainline products I see them having no input or even influence, if anything Mattel and Jazwares use MWFP to get what they can, and when you think of the social media reach they have I completely understand the reach being taken advantage on. Now the difference is Mattel and Jazwares are not letting those guys have any input, the products and lines they have had input in have been impacted negatively. There actually is a difference for me with the Chella products. The retros are covered purely by Chella, where the bone crushers are supplied by FC and Chella is there to provide support. FC is the one in bed with the pod. Everyone has rules to collecting and this is mine. There is logic to the approach for me. |

Again I can appreciate a product for sure. But if we are expected to accept that influencers are just a part of 2022, companies need to take on board that even who they associate with has an impact. Again all personal choice. I simple refuse to support a brand who’s impact has tarnished collecting. |

They released the first 5 in quick succession, hyped up the last reveal and then nothing for weeks...

I'm pretty eager to see who the final name is, myself.
That being said, I'm probably only going to pick up Ultimo/Sonny from this series unless the final name grabs me. Very interested to see who series 2 brings.

Have Chella given us a date yet for the Ultimo/Sonny set going up for pre-order? I remember seeing this month but I haven't seen anything announced. I wish they wouldn't give vague release dates. Especially when they end up being at the end of the month. Trying to balance what I can spend/save on figures is getting annoying as Chella has released something I want for the last two months, and I want this two pack. |
