Flair is an easy pass as that era was before my time, but I'll grab everyone else Only pre-ordered chase Cole tho, literally been waiting years for that figure. Mysterio looks alright as usual, with they'd give him double jointed elbows tho Scarlett looks cool, I'll need to see the face in person tho Charlotte is alright Burnt Fiend is another wait until I see it

Wish the Flair scan was at least slightly different than the basic Championship Showdown one as I did head swaps already but will get the elite 92 one, hopefully it I'll be able to find it at Canadian retail.

Intrigued by this Undertaker elite, the parts are all going to be recycled so I’m hoping for a 2008 attire with TrueFX on the Elite 8 or 14 head
Or maybe Wrestlemania 32, wasn’t that the same kind of clothes as the WM35 elite?

Oh my goodness.
Instant preorder on Fiend and Camo Cole.
Scarlett, however, I will stick with her basic. She looks waaaaaay too old in that Elite.

Yeah he's worn green knee pads with green trunks and yellow boots. Wish that was the combo instead like his recent basic with the Giant.
I always thought the yellow trunk flair we’d get would be that clash of champions dvd cover attire vs sting. And we know Mattel has spreadsheets for painting the back straps of the knee pad because they did it with the retro fest flair. On the other hand I’m ok with this attire if he actually stinking freaking wore it. Also Mattel needed to make a longer knee pad with an open back at some point for flair. But they used the same tiny knee pads for like ten years. Anyway I bought three of these things because it’s flair in yellow. Yeah, I wish we could find a match where he wore this attire. Or if Mattel could paint the knee pads black, that would be great. The look from his unification title match with Sting in 1994 has been a top want of mine for years. And they definitely need to start looking at making more knee pads, especially a mid size one between the ones on this Flair figure and the leg sleeve things they put on pretty much all the Macho Man figures. For those who open their figure and customize, they can get an extra E89 Sgt. Slaughter, paint the elbow pads black and put them on this Flair figure for the right look...

Or just take a pair of black ones off some random Basic. Not nearly as big of a problem as wrong deco on a non removable part.

I don’t want toe articulation on elites! Toe articulation in general is a waste of tooling money. I'd rather articulated fingers. That makes more sense. Can't give Austin the bird pose? Fine articulate the fingers and we can do it ourselves, either keep it open palm or closed fist in packaging.

These figures get loose enough without the need to be wobbly while displayed due to this articulation. Because I only display, the current basic no ankle articulation works great in my opinion.

If toybiz Marvel Legends and Jazwares Fortnite figures have taught me anything, it's that articulated fingers are awful at this scale.

Articulated fingies are terrible y’all just want them because Mattel can’t do middle fingers, and there are people who make middle finger hands for Stone Cold figures you just gotta find them on Instagram

I don't have issue with Austin, I made my own anyway. Toe articulation is useless.

Guess this Flair is a mashup of Slamboree 1994 & 1996 lol.
And yeah, toe articulation..pretty useless. Funny how it's a selling point for companies.

Would also chime in and say toe articulation is a bit of a gimmick that doesn't really do anyone any favours.
I do love the 'butterfly' articulation, though. So, like most things, I'm sure they wanted to throw it on some figures and see did it work or was it a success, rather than simply not trying it at all. But I wouldn't lose sleep if it wasn't included on future figures.
I'm on the lookout for an Undertaker figure (all I have so far is the purple 1996 one). So the WCW one takes my interest. Can anyone share the MOC pic of him though? I can't seem to find it. Definitely needs the logo on the beanie hat. Looks too generic otherwise.

Toe articulation is a pet peeve of mine. The toe joint isn’t very tight on most of my Ultimates and always gets in the way when moving them around. It was especially bad on the first UE Cena. It literally doesn’t add anything in terms of posing them either. Really wish they’d do away with it.
Love the double jointed arms and I’ve mostly come around on the butterfly joints, though.
Anywho, I hope they do something new with Rey soon. His last several Elites have just been different paint jobs on the same figure with the same sets of (oversized) hands and plastic t-shirt. I’d like to see some more WCW Mysterios.

I think the toe articulation is only on Bray and Charlotte since they are reusing their respective UE boot foot mold. I honestly don't mind that articulation joint for a few reasons one I found use for it in certain poses benefit with it implemented in, and two I kind of feel that it adds to the Ultimare figures as feel premium. That's my opinion though and I understand if some don't like it.
I am super happy that Cole and Bray still got their figures made and they look awesome. Good job on Mattel for delivering on those figures.
