I am working on a history of wrestling book for my area and my OCD is driving me nuts with how I want to format it. The events are listed in order by year as such
1900 -jan -feb -mar etc
should I list info such as photos and obituaries after each event, at the end of the years section, or at the end of the book (like an index)?
Thanks!

Thanks! To appease the ocd you put them at the end. It's all together and easier manage. You can obsess over it and deal with it all at the same time. I believe the better book has a year by year breakdown though. It's not like a novel where the beginning of a story will wrap up at the end. If you're writing a year by year recap than you should complete the recap at the end of the year/section. It's more work, but I think it makes more sense. Without having any actual info on the size of your project, that's how I'd do it. If your ocd is like mine, you'll enjoy the extra organizing.

Book will be from the late 1800s through the 1950s. Im at 1934 with 100 pages or so, I assume the book will be around 200-300 pages. Ive written several books before, but nothing like this.
