Honestly the more the merrier. Hogan is the definitive Wrestling Icon/Legend and he deserves an abundance of Mattel high quality figures. The ones they have released have been excellent, but they need to keep going!

Hogan is an Icon. He's like the Beatles, regardless of how you personally feel about him he's a integral figure in the history of wrestling. So with that being said we'll probably get like 3 with bad headsculpts and that skinny little Sheamus torso so we can have room in the budget for 11 more Shinsuke Nakamuras with unique scans on each and new torsos for every single one. I'm a Mattel American... I don't get some of the ideas behind giving characters that won't be used often unique torsos, but not giving main characters their respected physiques. I do know that Mattel has stated that the licensor has the approval at the end of the day, but still. My wants are a '96 terminator Hulk and I truly believe that attire is doable if they tinker a bit with the skull design. There's no way they'll get sued for have a silver skull or whatever on his boots. Accessories could be a wooden bat, nWo spray painted shirt, fingerless gloves, silver sunglasses and a new weightbelt. I'd also like to see a WM 17 Hulk, and the highly clamored '02-03 Hulk. |
