At least now I know I’m not the only one wondering why everyone else on social media seems to be getting their E91 orders in, meanwhile mine is still pending.
I need my Hogan, Zayn, RVD, and three Owens figures already dammit!

I made two orders. The first one 3 rvds 2 hogans 2 chase rvds. No notice. But I did get a notice for my second order of another 2 rvds.
Maybe they ship smaller orders first? Or maybe orders that contained the chase caused some delay in processing? Reading back looks like neither of these are the reasons and the shipping order makes no sense.
It also looks like rsc prioritizes shipping to active social media posters with 1k+ followers

They just came in right before Christmas Eve / Christmas Day. Yesterday was the first full business/shipping day they've been in (we got out as many as possible before the holiday before the shipping carriers picked up). Our warehouse has been working hard at getting them all out as quickly as possible. We have also had a number of people out due to the Covid surge in NY so that may add a slight delay. Thanks for your patience.

Most of the time I’m not one of the early ones, but every now and then it happens. But, no idea how they actually do it. My order is 4 figs.. KO, Sami, RVD, Bianca. We have different teams who do different types of orders with the goal being to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Almost all pre-orders we have every order fulfilled within 1 - 2 business days maximum. This past week you had the holidays and a Covid surge added to the mix. Yesterday was the first full business/shipping day since the holiday. Thanks for your patience. |

For my past 4 orders ive had to call in to get them going. I call Ringside and its shipped by the end of that day. I dont know why its been that way for me recently. They've always shipped out once figures come into stock but like i said lately ive had to give them a nudge to get it going.
