Would you want a WWE Holiday Set? I had asked this question many years ago and I'm glad to see some more support recently. So let's let Mattel know how we feel. Especially over the last two years, I've noticed an increase in Holiday themed sets and figures across multiple toy lines. When is WWE/Mattel going to get in on the fun? I know Santa Foley has been requested since it’s mysterious disappearance after a sculpt was show a few years back. Are you guys interested in just that figure or a full holiday set or wave? Know that if it ever happened it’d be at the expense of a traditionally themed set like Fan TakeOver or Best of Attitude Era. |

What do you mean by holiday set? Just Figures? Christmas trees, candy canes, and presents to bash with for a Miracle on 34th St. Massacre? I don't want DX and their bows. Most of the accessories I've come up with on my own over the years. I'd take a Santa Foley though.

Outside of that, I really don't care. Unless they could find some way to swing the gooker. Then I'd buy him too.

Concepts cool on paper but I wouldnt replace a line with it like Steve suggested. I wonder if it would be impossible to do as a chase for an Elite line around the holidays / perhaps different packaging design would be too much cost to do.

While I think they could come up with a really solid set of 4 figures, and I would buy them, I'm not sure a set is the best approach. However a Santa Foley based off this Magazine cover, in some Holiday themed packaging, seems like a can't miss. Holiday figures from other lines seem to do well enough for Mattel to give it a try.  |

I wouldn't mind a one off figure like Mick, but definitely not at the expense of another line, especially one including flashback figures.

Nope. Unless you could get Andy Kauffman to represent Hanukkah somehow. And I guess they've had the females dress up as sexy santa girls so I guess that would be away to get a FTITL flashback female.

Yes to jolly ol' Saint Mick. Easy Ringside exclusive in my opinion and I want it, or a few more precisely. Take the GM Foley scan and repaint it, or better yet a scan to represent this classic cover. Mick needs a new scan anyway as the Mankind one has been around literally since the beginning. Lower half from all those Shield figures but pants painted red. Mr Socko also exists in Mattel's production. Just need a Santa hat and soft goods coat as something new for production. Most of the parts are there. Anyone have a photo of that mysterious sculpt from years ago? |
