I saw basic 124 at big lots already week before Xmas. Angel Garza chase figure with the rest of the set. I left them all.

I went to my BL about 2 weeks ago & they had a case of the wrestlemania elite edge for $22. And here I thought that Chyna was the fail of that set Also I think some BL get random stuff that others might not get. I've seen the legends cena elite & the Jim neidhart Walmart set there and didn't hear anything about them here. And back in the jakks era I heard they had the hulk vs Andre UK set so I went to about 10 BL & never saw it Reading this brings back some good memories. I actually did find the jakks hulk vs andre set at Big lots years ago. Some of the best deals and hardest to find figures I was able to get at BL. Never forget getting the defining moments Bret Hart and John Cena for $10 each. Actually picked up two Bret Harts as I wanted another winged eagle belt. Never saw them at retail as DM was on its way out before that set dropped. Also snagged the first elite scale ring on sale for $20 around Christmas time. The best was finding all of Legends 5 on vacation in Florida around 2012, I think. Never saw any of those at retail but got the whole set for $40. |

Big lots has lost all its discount store luster.
I can't remember the last time i bought something from mine in the last 2 years.
They are just another store now and not a good one.

I like their bookshelves and that's about it. I have one set of them and I know someone who has three. They hold up, despite only being 30 bucks. But outside of that, I almost never go there. The only reason I was there this time was to look for Gift Wrap stuff. |
