I can see Jeff Jarrett since he's back on good terms & seems to have his legal dealings finished with Impact/TNA. The 2nd Id guess Barbarian since they went ahead and went through with Warlord.

I hate to be a party pooper but are we sure this doesn't mean chief Jay Strongbow and the Goon who will be released in 2022? They are confirmed to be the collectors edition figures in the main elite line. Steve said their would be an additional 2 first time figures in the legends line. |

I feel like people like Eric Bischoff, Steiner Brothers, Sable, and Jeff Jarrett would have their FTIL in the main elite series.
I'm going with Molly Holly and Barbarian.
I'm not sure why they would sign Warlord if Barbarian wasn't also under or close to a deal, but stranger things have happened.
