*sighs* not surprised. I remember someone brought up concerns over something like this happening when the figure was announced and folks were dismissing them. Honestly it was pretty cool to see a figure of a trans wrestler on the pegs, something I thought I’d never see. Unfortunately for the UK, they won’t be seeing this on shelves if this report is to believed. Frustrating, it’s a battle just to be seen as human for trans folk.

I don't think trans makes sense as an answer. But if Jazzwares won't give a reason (if this report is true) -- it makes sense.

I find that very hard to believe, that its a trans related issue. Most fans of AEW don't care [that I am aware of] and any kids collecting won't know, and neither will their parents. [hopefully the latter is also the case in terms lack of caring]. I know some people will be "bothered" but  them, is my answer. I would hazard a guess that the Nyla figure will be coming here, but will be in the "late shipment" portion we seem to keep getting [Brandi was one, I can't remember what we didn't get straight away from the other series]. I mean if they can release Nyla in the US, then there is - problem with doing the same in the UK. |

Figures get cut from lineups all the time in the UK. How often do we see posts in the WWE board from UK members saying their stores didn't get half of a wave? This same thing happened to Brandi in the US. I guarantee you that the buyer for Smyth's has no idea who Nyla Rose even is, let alone that she's trans. |

I could see this being dropped from The Entertainer. It's a very religious company who has completely banned things from being sold in their shops in the past (Harry Pottery for example)

Almost got there then remembered it was Sunday and they'd be closed! That was a waste of half an hour getting there and back. Thanks God! I just received Nyla from RSC and its pretty cool. But is the head supposed to be so loose? It keeps popping off. |

The regular Nyla Rose figure is also an attire she didn't wear, according to an appearance she made on Ethan's vlog. The chase figure is a real attire, and the regular figure is a recolor of the chase attire that she never actually wore.

My wife works Sunday so if she has annual leave and we plan on going out shopping etc Sunday I’ll always forget and tell the kids we will go the toy shop…then I get there, remember, and have to get them posh icecream to make up for it |

They have never opened in Sunday My local is Birmingham which is closed, London, Liverpool and Manchester stores also all closed The company was founded by Gary and Catherine grant. Google Entertainer and Sunday and there’s an interview with the independent from 2014 where Gary says he will never open on a Sunday. They’re also closed in bank holidays. As I say I don’t particularly think that’s a bad thing in itself. Sainsbury’s close for 2 days a year (easter Sunday and Christmas Day) and I think it’s a shame retail staff don’t get longer to spend with their families over the festive period. |
