So is the gold/purple Razor confirmed as the chase? I haven’t seen a single blue one on eBay yet, which is odd since it’s supposedly the standard version.

Yeah Just curious because i missed that news. Where was that confirmed? Edit: just noticed something interesting. The original walmart kurt angle walmart listing is now a listing for a 3rd party seller. bit.ly/4aKr3aiNot sure how walmart redirects their listing but i find it a bit disingenuous that walmart does this after toy news websites inform collectors about it (being an official walmart listing). Does Razor include "Soft Goods Gear?" The vest looks like plastic.... I don't really care, just odd that the package says "Soft Goods" but I don't see any.... is there something else bundled inside? Series 15 -summerslam 1993 series -Lex Luger -Yokozuna -Psycho Sid Series 18 - million dollar corporation series -IRS -Million Dollar man (black/silver/gold) suit *2 chases, gold suit=the first mattel creations exclusive promo figure -Kama / thegodfather I like a lot of your suggestions. For the Million Dollar Man, I would rather this one be in the white and gold tux with the white trunks/boots/kneepads underneath. It would go better with IRS. And for your series 15, Sycho Sid wasn't at SSL93. They could do a Bret from that show, or Tatanka in his blue trunks, or Jerry Lawler. A Ludvig Borga would be great with that series, he was involved in the Lex/Yoko feud - though he would need to be signed first. It makes sense that the gold/purple would be the chase since the card art shows the blue attire, but it’s weird that all the sellers on eBay who have Series 11 in hand only have that colorway.

I counted about 10 of them chases.
I dont know where that is but ....
Edit: just checked a video his from 3 weeks ago and those chases were already there. Noone has bought them since. AND HE HAS 3 PEGS. thats at least 10 cases pegwarming. Even doink is a pegwarmer there. So pissed that one store gets so many and even when they dont sell they dont send them out to walmarts in the northeast that have empty pegs. 1:50 in the video

what sucks is that set has not hit a peg in 3 of the WMs in my area yet this guy has so many at his. I just cleaned a WM of capt lou albanos and vader and shipped them to the west coast hoping they put new ones on the shelf even tho there was like 8 piper superstars. This line is frustrating.

This line really is a scalpers paradise- how are these sellers getting full cases of figures from a line that is supposed to be exclusive to Walmart?! It would be nice to know who they are buying these from- Walmart or Mattel?! Nice to see scalpers are able to get these easily yet all us collectors are struggling to find anything new at the stores in our area. Some real shady business going on here, perhaps that is why the Mattel guy is staying radio silent and not replying to any questions about this line- very telling!
Regarding the Series 11 packaging pics- are those real?! Just curious as they all say 'soft goods included' whereas all previous waves it said 'fabric goods'- why the change and what is a 'soft good'?

Direct from mattel. Look at their other items for sale. All mattel toys. They have a license with mattel to sell. There are thousands more like that who sell hot wheels. In the past retail would receive items at the same time as the entertainmentearth preorders shipped. I am very old school. Walmart has huge problems too many to list. Target is organized. Walmart is a mess. Mattel and steve know this... The soft goods text for razor ramon is def a mistake that mattel didnt even notice. I checked again at the official included accesories and there is nothing soft included. Goods refers to accesories i ascertain. |
