Hogan has the most by far MOTU Hollywood Workout Attire (yellow) plus package variants Workout Attire (blue) plus package variants Terry Boulder (red) Terry Boulder (blue) Warrior and Savage also have 3 with 2 MOTU each and 1 Superstars First time hearing about workout attire package variants and I can’t find any information about the variants. What is different about the packages ? Workout attire was in back to back series so one will say series 6 and another 7 with the cross sell pics being different as well. Front of the card is the same I believe. Nothing major but completionists will consider them different figs.

They were in both in series 6 and series 7. I have all 4 of them. Like fighter said the front of the card is the same the rear is different only difference in who comes in the set.

And then you'd have the Canadian variants that are missing the yellow star on the front.

Where are the superstars at? One Walmart hasn’t stocked in over a year they had a couple capt Lou, a bunch of piper, and 2 Vader. I bought the capt Lou’s and 1 Vader and shipped them to California for someone. The Walmart still has piper and 1 Vader. The closest Walmart has 4 rocks, granite they did get Brutus Mysterio, razor Ramon in twice, haven’t had anything since. Then the 3rd Walmart has gotten older superstars macho man typhoon, rock still sitting on the shelf months after they were put out.

What Canadian variants are you referring to, series 6 was never released in Canada?? Its the wave I was hoping to see released as it has 3 of my most wanted figures in it (Mr. Perfect, Bigelow & Hogan). Still ticked off that piece-of-crap Mart never stocked this wave and for some reason still have it listed on their website to this day.

That is the question everyone has been asking since the line began- at least you guys have seen some new waves at your stores, here in Canada Walmart has not carried anything past Series 2 in store and those figures are rotting everywhere because the jokers at WM refuse to put them on sale. I have not see any Superstars figure (including the ones that were only available on Walmart.ca) ever discounted, not even once.
I think its high time that this line ends, its clear that Walmart (nor Mattel) are going to do anything to improve the availability of these figures so what is the point of keeping it going- so that the 0.1% of people who are lucky enough to find them can keep buying them. There is no way Walmart is making any money from this exclusive, it's clearly just a ploy they are using to get people into their store.

There is not much difference someone pointed out and showed me awhile ago that the Canadian packaging does not have stars on it like the American packaging. That the only difference. Also someone was looking for bam bam Bigelow I maybe able to get one and ship it.

Back in April of this year, I posted about how walmart.com was having really great sales on old stock of MOTWWEU and Superstars. You had figures like Stephanie and Steamboat getting down to $5 and less.
In a funny update: Walmart.com has some of these figures again back up for sale, and "Sold and shipped by Walmart.com" (not 3rd party). Ricky Steamboat is back up again for $15, only 3 left Horde Savage $15, only 1 left Chyna, 1 left for $16.45 Superstars Hogan, Nash, and Hall for more or less regular price at similar quantities as the figures above.
I find it funny that they are JUST NOW finally getting rid of these.

If the warehouses are organized like some of the stores, I'd say that's a distinct possibility.

That’s my guess, they are buried in the warehouse. Have a crazy feeling that Walmart is nearly out of product for this year, that’s why we are seeing old elites, older product hitting shelf just to get rid of it. Not to mention Monday night war latest set supposed to be 2025 hitting stores, and superstars cactus jack Bret hart and Jim the anvil already hitting. Were supposed to be out until llate November early December.

Fall release really means late summer, etc., etc.

That would be a good thing for getting new figures on shelves, but they can't be totally out as we're heading into their busiest time of the year

Were supposed to be out until llate November early December. That would be a good thing for getting new figures on shelves, but they can't be totally out as we're heading into their busiest time of the year The only thing my area has stocked in the last six weeks is Elite 93 (which is almost 3 years old) and a few MNW Series 3 (from the summer). No New Superstars, no new Monday Night wars, no new Elites. Never saw the Beefcake Superstars set, never saw the MNW Greatest Hits, never saw Elite 111. I'm highly concerned that we're heading into the "busiest time of the year" and Walmart just isn't stocking anything at all. I agree, it seems like they are scraping the bottom to put any product out at all - sending MNW 5 (which Steve said on this board is a 2025 set) out early (although not in my area) and finding OLD stock (Elite 93 and these old Superstars a previous poster mentioned) to put out for sale. I think Walmart grossly under-ordered WWE stuff and is scraping the bottom for the Holidays. I suspect that's why we're seeing so many reports of stuff not scanning - Walmart rushed some of that "new" product out early because they have nothing else to send. They didn't even bother to check to see that the new SKU's were in the checkout system. I mean, I took this pic at my local Walmart last week - it's two weeks before Black Friday and this is where we're at here. I wanted to cry because I wasted yet another trip out. It is interesting to watch Walmart struggle with this year after year after year - and it never gets any better.

A comic book store in turkey. That was just one aisle. Forgot to take photos of the wwe stuff, etc but you get the idea. Might not be a direct corelation but if a small store can do that and stay in business for 24 years than walmart could to. They just dont want to and are constantly catching up to industry standards and trends. Take the movie section for example. Target scrapped theirs completely because they know people just watch on streaming services in 2024. Walmart is a walking dinosaur and still has 2 rows full. Mattel better start focusing on building a relationship with target before hasbro takes over that store. Dealing with walmart is like dealing with k-mart at this point. They are the walking dead. I've never seen a Comic Book Store that sells figures at retail price.... Scalper prices, yes...... but not retail price. Is this Buddy's Toy Shop?
