Not going to lie, don’t care what anyone else wants, if they make Ciampa or Gargano I’m buying multiples.

Only modern guy I think that could work in this line would be Cena in retro style gear. AWA style shirt, block WW word life, NES Pro Wrestling shirt, throwback jersey, etc.

What I meant by my comment of not going Modern heavy was I am fine with 1 modern figure (Bray) released out of two or three waves of figures. Hell they could do one modern figure in every set of four figures. But I don’t want it to become a 50/50 split or 3 modern figures to 1 legend figure.

Oh I definitely agree that this should stay a flashback line. Just saying if those two were made I wouldn’t be upset. That said, I don’t think it’ll ever happen.

I don't want current stars in the Walmart line, but there are 3 current stars I want in this style: Brock, Roman(updated from his MOTU) & Cody. Ideally, Mattel would do a shared exclusive with any online retailer that wants some.
At some point I imagine Dusty will make it into this line. I wonder what version they will do? NWA/WCW or WWF?

I think there are enough big names in legends to give this line a LONG life....but I still watch the current product and have a lot of wrestlers I enjoy collecting....so I wouldn't be opposed to any of the top stars being in this line.
I think people are TOO hung up on "retro"...forgetting that when these figures came out they were of active superstars
That's why I loved the original Mattel retro run when it was a mix of current/past. I don't think that's terrible at all.
Rollins, Reigns, Brock, Orton, Drew, Sheamus, AJ Styles, Owens, Lashley, Rey, Cody, Edge, Miz are ALL more than acceptable to fit in a retro style line.

For me, I'm hoping WWF. The cartoony look of the figures makes me think the polka dots would fit better.

Oh yeah, polka dot Dusty is a must.
I want some women. Give me a Queen Sherri and a Macho King.

Apparently the release date for series 4 is November 29. Anyone see them pop up yet at Walmart?

I received an email from Walmart saying that my pre-order for wave 4 was pushed back. Until when? 12:00 AM. No date given.
Walmart is completely incompetent.

Yesterday the preorder ship date for those figures was changed to 3/3/23. I expect an email tomorrow from Walmart saying the new date for my preorder is 3/3/23.

I was expecting them to turn up on eBay with prices jacked up. Series 3 hit eBay well before release date. Someone got a bunch of them somehow and sold them. I broke down and bought a dibiase. I have no patience lol.

Are there any good protective cases for these figures MOC? The cases for MOTU Origins are the best for these. The card is slightly smaller so there’ll be gap.

Just wanted to say that Dean Ambrose fix up is very realistic! None of his physique looks embellished in the slightest!!!!!
