Went with Scott Steiner, Rick Steiner, Lex Luger, Ultimo Dragon, Eric Bischoff, Buff Bagwell, Raven, Meng, La Parka, and Psicosis.
Honorable mention goes to Juventud Guerrera.
I’d buy pretty much anyone, though. Especially from the early Monday Night Wars era, which is my favorite period to rewatch. I have the softest of soft spots for anything involving ‘95 WCW, WCW/nWo Revenge, and Ready to Rumble, though I do remember seeing Ready to Rumble in theaters as a kid and thinking I wish it were a WWF production lol. If I could have a Jimmy King figure, my collection would feel damn-near complete.

I left Luger off my list because I reckon he's coming for sure. Like the rest of the Wolfpac he'll be an RSC exclusive

The top like 8 were easy choices. Really need Wolfpac Konnan and Lex to round out the group. Bischoff is overdue, Vampiro while not a must would probably make a really cool elite.

1996 Luger in black with a 1991 Luger in blue or yellow as a chase would be such an easy slam dunk for the Legends series, especially instead of two more Jake the Snakes.

The irony was I was going to put a thread about this.. I’d like all of those. Also, wouldn’t Vampiro technically be considered the one guy who never sold out to WWE now? (Sting I believe was the last big name)… My wants are the same Ultimate jeans DDP with a serious scan and a snarling scan (to pay homage to his WCW figure). I still want another WCW Bret to compensate for the disaster that was the pink salmon attired Bret. Mattel could EASILY pump an UE Edition Bret as an Amazon exclusive. It would them the chance to redeem themselves and also give collectors who missed out on the DM a chance to get a black singlet Bret. So it could go as following UE Amazon exclusive Bret with black singlet, white trims on the upper singlet pink/flames with white interior, pleather jacket, round sunglasses, new serious headscan with front hair strands molded on, another scan with a slight smirk. A pink variant could be made to make this interesting and correct the salmon Bret. It could easily knock down two birds with one stone and not take away from the normal Ultimate line. Lex Luger is another want and we still don’t know why we haven’t gotten a ponytail Luger. Didn't mean to steal your thunder! I was going to make an ECW Elite poll as well. Feel free to start that thread if you're open to it. Otherwise I'll likely post it at some point tomorrow. Do an ECW poll! |

There isn't really a pass on this list for me. Filthy Animals, La Parka, Ultimo, Psicosis. A 98 DDP is a huge want but not at the expense of a new character. My biggest disappointment with Mattel is how little 97-01 WCW and ECW we've gotten due to legends contracts.
