Amazon sometimes have old figures in stock for surprisingly low prices. It wouldn’t surprise me if they occasionally had old figures reissued. No Moxley and Rowan on the back means this was done some time after Wrestlemania 36

That's fascinating, I'd so love to know what retailer was both so big -- and thought there was such demand for Boogeyman -- that they could pull this off

There are reissues of Elite 63 Kane and Elite 50 Shane McMahon like this as well I guess the MSRP for these is $39.99? Because that is what all 3 are going for on amazon. Not necessarily. Seems like Amazon runs on more a "supply and demand" basis. When stock starts running low, the prices shoot up. I bought a Mattel Mega Construx Castle Grayskull on Amazon for $275 about a month before Christmas, and when I checked yesterday, they were $439. Wal-Mart seems to be the same as well. A McFarlane "deluxe" Suicide Squad King Shark that originally cost $29.99 or $39.99 (can't remember for sure) now costs over $90. |

Very interesting. We'll probably never know, but I'd love to know the context. Boogeyman seems like a weird pick for a re-issue, and I assume a retailer would have to order a pretty good quantity to justify a remake.
But if he's still available, I definitely wouldn't mind another figure. There are a few different paint schemes they could do to change it up from the original but still pretty budget friendly for a wave.

I wouldn’t get any hopes up for this to be a normal thing or for them to take suggestions on what should be reissued.
AFA gave no context on what partner this was reissued for or a reason why, so like I said, I wouldn’t get any hopes up.

Hoping for an update Boogeyman Elite some day. These two face paints would make for a cool standard/chase. As well, double jointed arms, a lighter skin tone, and maybe even soft pieces around his neck/arms like Jakks did.  I was going to say, if they reissue it they should at least go a different face paint so you are still able to get a boogeyman, but you get a more unique one than the first issue |
