It's an interesting idea, but I don't know how well it will hold up longterm. And Taker is a plain black piece - it could be really cool for someone like Kurt Angle, but how well would deco hits hold up?
I guess at this point the questions for my outweigh the "improvement" over the molded singlet that I was perfectly fine with.

I think if you put it up and down it might not hold up but if your displaying and keeping it up or down then it should hold up I would think?

I think it’ll still deteriorate over time depending off the material. I’ve had Jakks figures for years and recently the knee pads have become super glossy and somewhat tacky. Even with some of my Mattel Kane’s his boots are now collecting dust and have somewhat deteriorated. I think it looks somewhat decent on the Undertaker and guys who might have a bit of a gut. I don’t think it’ll look good on every figure though.

Yeah the jakks sticky disease is a strange one as it’s happened to figures which have only just been opened after years on card so doesn’t seem to matter if they’re exposed to the air or not

mattel just made double jointed elbows and extra swappable hands standard so they were wayyyyy behind to begin with. I think they should just keep up with other companies.
as far as the undertaker goes, hopefully its a better material singlet that will hold up.

Articulated fingers are complete ass, they sucked on the TNA figures and they suck on every other toy as well. And you know they would fuse the middle and ring figures together like R3 tech had them. People have 3D printed middle finger hands or you can bend the fingers down on a different hand, it’s never going to happen on a Mattel toy
The cloth singlet that came with my Jack Swagger didn’t even last six months so I can’t see this rubber one lasting more than a year

i wish mattel would make parts more easily swappable. at least the boots like masters origins figures. theres no need to make the peg so mushroom.
i did notice on the new elite flair, boss man, and jake figures you can pop the heads off without heat. Not sure if that's intended, but if it is, i appreciate it
