He came to the ring after the main event & made other TV appearances afterwards. Who played him? His face looks familiar & he has a big body

It was the same guy for 1993 as well. I have no idea who it was. It's never been revealed as far as I know and I've always wondered. His eyes look distinct and it doesn't look like anyone we are familiar with. I think maybe just an office staff member.
