My favourite wrestling line has got to be the 1981 super pro wrestler series. There’s doesn’t seem to be a lot of info out there regarding these figures such as how long the figures were produced for etc. if any body knows anything or can share any facts I’d love to hear. Cheers!

Well on my old (long gone) website, I had my 10 loose Popys with a bit of background information given to me by a guy who had knowledge about the line. Apparently the wrestlers were licensed to Popy by a booker named Don O'Neill (spelling might be off).
Judging by other Japanese toylines, the production run was most probably short.

Thank you for the information. Is anything known about Don O’Neil ?
