The newest series I’ve seen at retail is E88 and E92 is in stock. It’s been forever since I saw a new Elite wave hit retail, other than top talents.

I think it's retailer specific.
Seems amazon and walmart orders are mostly still on boats, but for whatever reason target and ringside get their new stuff usually around on time.
Amazon is clearly the worse here, obviously they cheapened out on the China orders. Out of 10 preorders I have on Amazon, all of them were delayed lol.

Ringside get theirs ‘early’ as they fly them in v ship which is much quicker But also much more expensive which is why they might be a couple bucks more than retail which is shipped but if your in the states imo well worth it If your in the uk it’s not as much of a bonus but that’s not rsc fault, more the fault of our inept government

My nearest Walmarts have been stuck on E87 for months now, & a few Targets have stocked/restocked E87. (Still seeing some E86s around) Saw 1 Trish E88 at Target, a few months back.
Besides Top Talent elites, I’ve seen, Legends elites, & UE Taker, Kane, Ric Flair. (UE Flair I saw at Walmart, Taker & Kane Target)

This time of year is always dead at retail. Honestly it's better than I can remember in recent years, even if it's just Ultimates and Top Talent hitting.

The pandemic. There’s been a backlog at the ports for a year now because they don’t have the workers to unload the ships or the drivers to move it out of the ports. It’s been like that for almost a year now.

Both Target and WalMart near me hardly ever get new Elites. Seems like other lines sneak in, with battle packs, basics, or even AEW-but elites may as well be unicorns these days.

I haven’t see anything above Elite 87 in months at Wal Mart. Usually it’s nothing but a leftover E85 Bray Wyatt or a Karion Kross, but little else
At Target I’ll see an E88 Trish or Rey or maybe E87 Candice(?) Not much else in the regular line
Have seen the Goldberg, Rey and Hardy new box Top Picks at both Wal Mart and Target though
Hopefully stuff will come rolling in this month and next. Royal Rumble Elites, E89, E90 at least

It’s a part of a market correction. Shortages are lies. The USD isn’t worth what it was and company’s don’t want to sell their products for it. The less inventory they have costs them less and they can sell for higher prices because consumers won’t have another option. Higher wage laws and stimulus have caused a huge inflation and the business model will have to change.

I went to WalMart today and they had one WWE figure. Basic 125 Rock.
Target had 3 UEs (Cena, Rock and Kane). 3 figs from Basic 119 (2 Lacey, 1 Cena). A ton of everyone from Legends 13 but more Triple H than the rest. 7 from Top Picks 2022 (5 Goldberg, 2 Jeff). And a bunch of WM 37 Chyna's.

Other than the obvious shipping backlogs, some of it is just staffing issues. My local walmart has been working on the toy department reset for 3 weeks now and currently has 18 pallets of toys just sitting in the back room. I imagine that will continue to grow as more delivery's come in.

Retailers can go from getting 4-5 trucks a week, to 1 every 7-10 days. It was like this every year after the holidays when I worked retail. There just isn’t as much demand for non essential items like there are for Christmas gifts.
