Do we complain about Amazon or Mattel? Cause Mattel gave Amazon a date, and they don't have any.... Is that amazons fault or mattels? Didn’t Amazon place the date? But let’s complain on both. I think this was the last thing Steve said about Hogan (not blaming him by the way): “The Aug 2022 promise date was a blanket date for all orders once a second production run was confirmed. That’s approximately the latest the retailer expects to fulfill all orders. If inventory arrives sooner, the figures will ship sooner. Amazon was unable to have two or more fulfillment dates for the same item so those that ordered earlier also saw the later promise date. Those that ordered first are already receiving their figures first. Those that ordered later will get their figures once they are produced, shipped and arrive in the US and fulfilled in roughly the order of purchase. I do not know if there is additional inventory left beyond what was pre-sold or when they’d make those units available. That is now their inventory to manage.” Ultimately I think both are to blame. I'm sure Mattel gave that blanket date of Aug 22, and Amazon gave a specific date. Still in limbo and not a peep from either corporation. |

Just got one of my Hogans canceled. This is awful and unfortunately reflects poorly upon the Mattel WWE team. To purchase an item a year ago and cancel on them is egregious. I really hope Mattel avoids Amazon for its exclusives in the future

Yep. My Hogan just got canceled and my Shawn got delayed until the 16th. Not going to take my anger out on Mattel, but seriously screw Amazon. From the way they treat their employees to using some of the cheapest shipping services and not fulfilling their orders. They suck. Do we go on and complain to customer service? What will that do?

I don't necessarily blame Amazon. They can't send us product they don't have. Steve said A YEAR AGO, they were making more and they would be shipping in August 2022. This obviously means Mattel didn't make them like they said they would.

Okay, I kind of figured it was coming, but I'm still EXTREMELY pissed. Trying to figure out who to complain to, this one's gonna be epic. Probably starting with Amazon. I mean c'mon, I just wanted the figure. I placed the order like everyone else. I waited ALMOST A DAMN YEAR. This is complete BS.  |

Maybe it’s an NYC thing, but 80% of the time my package either gets stolen or never arrives with that service. |

All three of my hogans canceled. With no record of the purchases ever being made
Guess I’ll just grab the eventual wcw hulk that comes out. Which btw come on already Mattel make a wcw hulk

I've had cases of drinks be busted and leaking before. One guy said I had to send it back to be refunded. I just ended and reentered chat and was refunded without a return. |

Still have my order with it supposed to be delivered next Tuesday. However now I'm fully expecting it to be cancelled. This will be the last time I go for something like this. I'm not out any money, but I could've gone thru other channels to get one, which a year later is going to be much harder or at least significantly more expensive. So stupid.
