After 10+ years how has Mattel still not sculpted a proper tall-boot mold for medium/large guys like Hogan? And the kneepads are wrong as well. Too bad as this is one of my favorite Hogan looks too. Shouldn’t be too hard to just swap plain black knee pads on at least? Purchase an extra figure with the proper knee pads, paint the white-piping along the sides and then swap…considering Mattel raised there prices this year why should we have to do this extra work and purchase an extra figure when they could do this from the start. |

i love this figure. i love that we are getting it, its needed.
but, what event/show is this attire from? i feel like Hogan never wore kneepads with the design on them....and why is his torso tiny and his upper body pale white?

It’s just time consuming and you then have to find/if not purchase another figure just to make it accurate. For the price you’re going to be paying for this figure it should come with the correct kneepads. Why are they painted on to begin with? They should be black with white trims. |

I love it, the only thing it's missing for me is a "4 life hand", that would have been awesome!
Classic Series 12 is one of my favourite figures, but this one is miles better. Bravo Mattel!

Although no red flames on the boots is kind of an issue…and why don’t you use the tan skin for every Hogan? He was never this pale.
Otherwise good, definitely buying at least one to keep moc. Not sure it’s quite good enough to open though.

I'm a lot more forgiving of less-than-optimal part choices than some others here, but E91 Hogan's torso I can't excuse - I was on the fence on that figure and passed because of the torso. Same story for this figure, I guess. I'd love to know the legitimate reasoning as I'm sure it's not just "laziness," or whatever usually gets thrown around on these boards. |

Honestly, that truly sucks if true. It’s been made apparent that the Elite 91 Hogan had issues with that torso and arms. It should of been brought up to attention from Mattel. I feel bad for anyone who purchased this figure not knowing that there weren’t any changes considering the price you’re paying for this exclusive. Does this figure even come with an extra head? It’s the same price as a Ultimate Edition. |
