Was hoping for KOTR 96 so I’ll pass on this one, but it does look fantastic. Just not a fan of the gear.

I want that blue intercontinental belt Shawn won. He was on the front cover of my wrestling magazine with it. I still have the magazine. It’s in excellent condition.

I have been waiting for this figure since CS. They did it as LJN-style, but never like this. This is incredible! I love the main head, the entrance gear, the attire, the white boots, the chest hair detail, the tattoo...man, they did this look justice. It really exudes Shawn Michaels circa mid-90s.

I always liked the WM 14 and HIAC 1997 HBK sculpts but this one definitely tops them both. Can't believe they finally completely nailed an HBK head sculpt.
And...the gear. My goodness. It's absolutely glorious! I would've been fine with any of the options in that poll winning, but this was definitely the right choice, IMO. It encapsulates the look, vibe, and feel of mid 90's HBK so darn perfectly.
Great job, Mattel!

For the number of Shawn Michaels figures they make, they really should just made the correct boots for him instead of just ruining every HBK figure with these awful kickpads.

Beautiful figure! Wondering if the earrings are somehow removable, or if there are 3 heads. Steve stated that the earrings are removable like the Bel Air elite. |

I really wanted the King Of The Ring 1995 figure as that match with Kama was a  ing barn burner but this turned out so beautifully. Might be my favorite Ultimate. I wanted KOTR 1995 just because I was there. Most definitely getting this one though. |

I’m just so blown away by this figure - I need an Ultimate re-do of virtually every ‘95-‘98 HBK Mattel has ever done. And all the ones we’ve yet to get - Royal Rumble ‘97, WM11 (new hair sculpts for this one - there’s a beautiful, very specific mullet going on here that’s key to this figure being accurate), Survivor Series ‘96, etc.
Steve, if you’re reading this, make it happen, please.

I'm undecided about buying this figure but I will say that is the best HBK headscan and the attire looks freakin awesome!

Since the box is gonna be red, and this attire POPS, I told my wife this will be considered a Christmas decoration, and every time I open the door to my house its gonna sweet chin music me right in the face.
