I preordered two when it initially went up and two more when it recently went back up as a back up. All four have now been delayed until 8/29. I don’t get it.

Felt like amazon had it together for half a second there. My initial preorder on thr 4th kept getting pushed back so when they came back in stock the other day and said delivery in 4 days I ordered 2 more. Then both got pushed to august 18th, so I canceled the new one…or so I thought, who knew Amazon sorted orders with most recent first so I ended up canceling my initial PO and the new order was pushed to September 9… balls.

Thankfully mine finally ended up shipping this whole preorder thing is a mess though once again, idk how retailers just can’t get it right when it comes to preorders

The newest one I pre ordered was pushed to the 29th,no big deal for me since I already got my first ones. If it gets cancelled, that's ok just thought it was worth trying to get another while they was up.

My HBK got pushed back to September 14th, goldberg got pushed back to November 4th. Now i spoke with Amazon CS, and after they assured me i will get my Hogan on time (August 19th), now they told me that If they are honest with me, they don't have the figure, and don't know when they are going to get him.
What a joke.

I got charged for the two I ordered, then refunded the full amount, and then charged for just one of the two? Lol.

its a complete crap shoot. I ordered 2 when they first went up they got delayed until Aug 17th. When they came back up this weekend i ordered 1 to see if it would ship first. Now all three are delayed until August 29th.
Thankfully a few weeks ago when they were on sale on Amazon UK i just pulled the trigger and ordered 1 it ended up being $10 more. That should be here this week. Once it arrives i am just canceling the rest.

Mine pushed to 8/27 just yesterday.
Also somewhat unrelated but I see the Hogan thread is locked now. Through much chat spanning a week & a phone call today. I just got Amazon to credit me $140 after ordering a $170 Hulkster since my $30 preorder was cancelled. If you have a similar situation and were promised a price match I’d say call, the chatwas frustrating and ultimately useless…

I had a super easy time chatting on the app, but a pain when I had to call in to receive the refund. Also I found it very odd that the thread was locked. No fighting was going on. A lot of moaning and b*tching but I felt it was justified. If we are locking threads based on complaining then lets just shut the forum down and be done, lmao. No admin message either on why it was locked up. |

Mine is now delayed until August 25th. We'll see what happens. Got an email yesterday with a new expected arrival date of 8/9 because it shipped. Supposed to be here by 8 pm. |

Was there any official announcement or anything on Hogan? I’m not talking about AFA coming on here and informing us of the second production run. I’m talking about did Amazon email customers and say the specific reason for the delays? Other than “we are waiting on more product from Mattel” or something.
I use my mom’s Amazon so I don’t have access to her emails.
