Mine arrived at the Amazon Facility, it was scheduled for delivery, then it was delayed in transit. Now in big text "your package may be lost" what? đ

My Shawn Michaels arrived today. Caved a few weeks ago and ordered from amazon uk since my US ones have been delayed multiple times already.

Something funky is going on with my Shawn too. Mine made it to my âlocal carrier facilityâ on Thursday, and since then nothing. Amazon says my package is delayed and I should get it from the 13th to the 15th. What the hell is going on?

Put me in the catagory of it made it to my town, then got delayed, then got the "Unfortunately, a problem occurred during shipping and we had to cancel your delivery. The package is being returned, and we will issue a refund within 3 - 5 business days after the return is processed. Weâre very sorry for the inconvenience." boat. I have had zero luck with these Amazon exclusive ones.
Wait, wait, wait. HOLD UP. Your order got straight up CANCELLED despite being physically shipped and having traveled to multiple locations? That doesn't add up. It's not like the package doesn't exist or lost. Why would it be re-routed back to amazon rather than just simply continued on to the destination? Are you sure the order was cancelled and you didn't just mistake the refund wording wrong?
Because it's my understanding from Amazon's message that I can call for a refund if it's not delivered BY THE WEEKEND. That doesn't mean it's not coming Monday. Just that if it does, I can recoup my money because it's been delayed so frequently. At least that's what I took from the message I got personally from them.
Yes, its sitting in the Austin facility according to tracking, about 25 minutes away. It sat there, then never moved just said delayed, now its heading back to Amazon. Ive seen it happen to some others too. I was originally told i could request refund if late as well, instead they canceled the whole thing. I never requested the refund was just waiting for it to arrive late.    |

i just pre-ordered a second shawn through my recent purchases list. the main page is still down though. Didn't know you could do that. Thanks I wanted to get one for a gift,so this work out great. |

Shouldâve bit the bullet and ordered on Amazon UK My whole life is "should've"s. It is what it is. I got Hogan when a bunch were cancelled so... i dunno. Ringside said at some point during SDCC that they were getting some too? Its all confusing. Ill ptobably pay extra 3rd party in the long run. |

I'm praying it somehow makes it but the order no longer has a tracking since they processed a refund (fulfilled by the upcoming 8/25 release)...and the rep told me there's a CHANCE it still makes it to me tomorrow but he's doubtful because of the track it's on or whatever.
It's not looking good for this order. But at least I should be receiving a replacement around the 29th.
Also got a $50 credit. Woopie!
