The RA one is from 2002, pre the tattoo. The legends figure is from ECW One Night Stand 2006, post the tattoo. They're accurate in that regard.   ...the photo on the back of the box clearly has him with the tattoo though - why on earth have that photo if the figure isn't meant to have it? Seems a bit strange... My guess is that whoever was doing photo research around a workable photo of him in the gear from a time post Mania 20 when he had the tattoo and didn't notice the discrepancy. Considering the figure is based on the Jakks figure which doesn't have the tat and is itself based on the 02 look, I think it's safe to say that the figure is correct for what they were going for and the photo was a slip up. |

I found the whole set today at my walmart that usually never has anything. Picked up Brock and canceled my preorder. Southern Cali here.
