I don’t think we were given a full explanation. Look at his latest elite, I think it’s series 94. The box around the R had to be removed. They can probably do something like that for a 2006 Edge but imo I think it will look weird. oh so no one confirmed it can’t be used. You just assumed since they edited the R logo No…AFA said they can no longer use it. He just didn’t give anymore detail. |

He just didn’t give anymore detail. terrible news 😢 I forget how to post photos but when ringside first posted photos on Instagram, I asked Steve why the Rated R logos weren’t correct and he responded “can't use them. This is what we're able to use on the figure.” |

I forget how to post photos but when ringside first posted photos on Instagram, I asked Steve why the Rated R logos weren’t correct and he responded “can't use them. This is what we're able to use on the figure.”
That's really odd. I'd have assumed they were just another random WWE-owned/designed logo. WWE must have butted heads with someone over it, perhaps?

Obviously I am just speculating, but the NEW Rated R Logo (the one with the box around it) is much different than the one Edge was using in 2006 (both have boxes but different fonts / styles - star backdrop). Is it possible the original Rated R Logo (06) was a WWE design, and Edge commissioned a private artist to design his new gear/logos? This just seems weird and would be a major bummer. Royal Rumble 06 Edge is perfect for this line. If this odd and unfortunate news is true - Summerslam 2005 (v. Matt Hardy) or Wrestlemania 21 (inaugural MITB) would also be great. Plenty of ways to work him into the line and avoid using that logo. |

No complaints here. I'd love a 2004-05 Edge with the face designs on his tights. The Summerslam 2004 especially. There’s so many ‘04 Edges I want. I loved his black tights with the faces on the tights, same thing with the gun metal/grey tights. There’s just so many looks. Also, Edge was built like a tank during those times. I’d love to see him with a more shredded torso. WM 21 also a major want as well. The basic we got years back was decent, but his tights should of been a gun metal color. I liked all of those attires as well, and also the Backlash 2004 return tights. That with the Bob Orton cast in orange would rule lol. The little torso they give him is just awful, I almost never like seeing that torso in general though tbh. |

Completely speculation, but I’d imagine that the Motion Picture Association has some sort of trademark on an “R” in a box and with the “Rated R Superstar” obviously being a reference to movie ratings, they put a stop to it. |

Well, if that were indeed the case, it took them long enough! Whoever turned them onto the existence of this is truly evil, in my book. (Again, all speculation) So for MATTEL - if you can't use the R, please add the following to the line: Edge - Wrestlemania 21 (gunmetal grey with black face logo, orange accents) Edge - SummerSlam 2005 (black "patches" design (similar to his ring jacket) with pewter/gunmental face logo, red accents) Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuu *Gable voice* |

Kurt Angle - 2005/2006 world heavyweight champ wrestling machine, the attire with 3 stars and 2 eagles on each hip, green gold medal
Kurt Angle - 2006 ECW attire, green gold medal, gritting face showing off his “ecw” mouth guard
Eddie Guerrero - Summerslam 2003 united states champ, love that grey/gold with his gold flame boots. they should make his skin tone lighter what they do now for his figures
Eddie Guerrero - Summerslam 2004. highlights eddie, purple tights with crosses, metallic flames, signature boots. need i say more
Edge - Any rated R superstar 2006-08 would be awesome. WM21 or New Years when he cashed in the mitb where he had the rated R tights but E kick pads
JBL - id like the classic jbl with his jacket and towel but maybe to make it stand out more united state champ jbl with his usa flag jacket just to switch it up
