When I talked to the Mattel guys at the store, they said there will be another round of shipments for these because I asked about not seeing Wave 3. They also said Wave 1 was overproduced heavily, which I’m not sure is the case. I did see it here and there, but not overproduced like the Target Legends series, which is at least attainable. I at least saw figures from S1 at retail a few times, which is more than I can say for S2 or 3. Not really a high bar though... Walmart has close to 5k stores while Target is under 2k nationwide. So that may be part of the issue. If the production run is identical, it'll be a lot easier to find exclusives at Target. Walmart also seems to be totally inconsistent - some stores get shippers near me while others don't, where every Target seems pretty consistent in how exclusives are distributed. None of it would be an issue if Walmart just filled the pre-orders on their website.

If anything was overproduced, it was that first set of Hollywood figures (minus Roddy). I at least saw them restock set 1 of the RA figures, but have only seen set 2 once, and haven't really seen the shipper for set 3 anywhere to be honest.
Superstars sort of followed the same pattern which had me worried, but now I seem them well stocked everywhere I go. Weird how they can't get the two lines stocked simultaneously.

The thing I find weird about these are them being shipped in a case of just 3 so it's basically only 1 set per store depending on how many cases they order which is usually just 1 then nothing else after for several months or until the next series. But I really hope the Monday night wars series is nowhere like this with shipments

As expected received another Walmart email with an updated date now of 7-31. At least this email was addressed to me this time instead of someone else LOL!

im just amazed there still getting exclusives, there is an obvious dis-connect in some boardroom or department head making those decisions, when they cant properly distribute them throughout there own stores. much less online. Online is the most efficient way to move products, yet they are stuck in some time warp of not catching up. its really wild.
and Mattel wont say "no." to business and money. its really a bad set up we have with Walmart right now.

My Shelton just got cancelled lol hell ya Mattel and Walmart rule for exclusives! Yup, mine just got cancelled as well. So my hopes of getting this figure is starting to dwindle. All the Walmarts around me got series 1 but I never saw series 2 in person so I doubt I'll be seeing series 3 in person

I guess that one "random assortment" in-stock listing on Walmart's website covers any of the RA line. I've ordered 2 mystery figs and I got Series 1 HBK and Brock. I've seen people get Series 2 RVD and Booker, and even Series 3 Cena and Shelton.
So if you're anything like me, you'll plan on just buying about $300 worth of random assortment figures on your credit card so you get the 3 you want and then return the rest!
Too bad it has to be done this way but I'd be avoiding the process completely if Walmart just had competent distribution.

Nash just got canceled. Walmart is absolutely incompetent with store exclusives and it’s pretty mind blowing they continue to get more.
Keep feeding the incompetence, Mattel. Way to really help collectors out.

I gave up on ever seeing these or the MNW line because they are WalMart exclusive. I saw a case of RA series 1 at one area Walmart when they were first released and other than a lone Booker T I’ve never seen another RA between the 5 WalMarts since. And I am sure the MNW line will be the same.

My Walmart just got Series 2 in a couple weeks ago. My other Walmart is undergoing renovation. My hope of getting Kevin Nash is dwindling.

Now that preorders are cancelled and brickseek not working, anybody having any luck finding these with the Walmart app? I’m looking for Nash and the app says not available at this store.

Lol Canada never got series 1 or 2, but we got 3. Now yall know how it feels lol Is it a Canadian company? No. It’s an American company where America is its primary market. That’s like Sanrio not stocking Hello Kitty products in Japan, but stocking it in Indonesia.

Actually, Mattel Canada is a Canadian company and the figure was sold through Walmart Canada which is also a Canadian company. So it's more like how McDonalds Canada gets delicious poutine, but your pathetic American McDonalds don't get any poutine.
