Why hardly any accessories? Makes zero sense, especially for it to be a store exclusive set with only 3 in it.

So being an exclusive line I would fully expect it to cover the biggest names. All 3 in the first wave are pretty big names. I would think that Triple H, Cena, Orton, Undertaker, Rey, and Guerrero are probably the biggest names remaining. If they stick with 3 per wave, I would think those would be the ones used.
HOWEVER. We do not know what figures are in the Summerslam series that had the tease of the child Dominik Mysterio, so that could be a place to put Eddie and Rey. So if they do that, I would replace them with RVD and Booker T.
Based on that, my guesses for 3 waves, assuming these are only 3 per wave
Wave 1 - Brock Lesnar, Batista, Shawn Michaels
Wave 2 - John Cena, Randy Orton, Booker T
Wave 3 - Undertaker, Triple H, Rob Van Dam
One other thing. Are we certain that these are only 3 per wave? Elite 94 only had part of the wave shown in this preview, maybe there are more per wave for this too. The Walmart Flashback elite line had 4 per wave, and Decade of Domination had 5 per wave.

I hope we can see many first time in the line figures in this series! Of course I hope they will be easy to find too. I kind of hope maybe we get a Big Daddy V here maybe/ maybe not?

If Mattel is drawing inspiration from old Jakks strategeries, can we see them revive the souvenir Wrestlemania tickets from the CS series? I'm missing WM 3 and 10, and I would dig to see 23 on up.

Ahhh you are right. Completely forgot about the Hollywood line. Plus, those are single figure cases, so a case of 4 of the same fig. Man this will suck if that happens here. |

I think it's a cool idea. Didn’t have the budget? For a store exclusive line? Are you kidding? If they didn’t have the budget I’d rather wait for this HBK to be placed into another line. They could’ve put him in the next WM series but with entrance gear. And if anyone who says HBK shouldn’t get another WM series elite, I don’t care. He was literally called Mr. WrestleMania. It fits so well to have him in the series. |

I don’t know what the consensus is among people who collected those, but speaking as someone who has been collecting for less than 5 years I’m not a fan of the call back to that line. I would much rather have entrance gear over a tribute of sorts to something that doesn’t appear to have been anything extra special at the time. The figure looks awesome and I’m happy to have the attire and figure, but having the entrance gear would’ve made it that much better. |
