Hello everyone, I'm new around here. I was a massive wrestling fan in the 90s. The period I am most familiar with is 1988 - 1997, but at the time I only ever saw WWF wrestling, and I didn't really know much about WCW until later on in the 90s. My favourite WWF PPVs include Survivor Series '88, '89, '90, '91 and '93, Wrestlemania 4 to 9 and Royal Rumble 1989 to 1994. I've decided to watch a few WCW PPVs on the WWE Network from 1989 to 1993, as these are my favourite years, and was wondering if there are any you would recommend from this period? I have already watched WrestleWar '90 and '92 (and also Starrcade 1985), but if you have any other suggestions, I would love to hear them.

Welcome aboard Andrew! Nice to meet another fellow old school fan
Some off the top of my head....
Chi Town Rumble and Wrestle War 89 - 2 matches of the classic Flair/Steamboat trilogy. 3rd one is on the Clash of Champs VI.
GAB 89- Funk/Flair
Halloween Havoc 89- Fun main event and Luger/Pillman is a hidden gem
Beach Blast 92- Sting/Cactus Jack and Steiners/Gordy/Dr. Death enough said.

Wrestle War 92 Starrcade 92 Super Brawl 3 Halloween Havoc 93
All those come to mind as fun, entertaining PPV events for WCW in the early 90s

It may be just outside your range, but Spring Stampede 1994 was really good.

Both great events Yeah, WCW up to that point was really getting good, from 1991 to 1994 they had improved soooo much. I really wish the Steiner's, Jake, Vader, Cactus, Steamboat, Rude (had he not gotten injured), and a few others would have stayed past earlier 1994, things were getting so good. Having Macho Man, Luger, Hall and Nash in with that group would have been great.

Anything with Steamboat/Rude from 1992 was excellent.

I decided to start with Great American Bash 1989 and I like most of what I've seen so far. I don't think I've ever seen Scott Hall with blond hair before! Or Theodore Long with any hair at all!

Starrcade 93 is another one.
