As I continue my exclusive quest to find a Target Exclusive Legends Ultimate Edition Batista in the wild I had an unfortunate experience. I was at a near by Target when I saw one of their workers putting out merchandise in the toy dept. I took a chance and asked the guy if the Mattel boxes on his cart had any Target Exclusive Legends Ultimate Edition Batista figures. The guy turned around and said " look, I'm tired of hearing about this Batista toy, if it's not on the shelf we don't have it". I was stunned at his rude response but having worked retail myself in the past just chalked it up to him having a bad day. Anywho, any of you guys had similar experiences asking retail employees about their stock?

Unrelated. Signed up for Red Card Debit…seeing as the savings are so good as I buy enough at target to justify it (plus debit is free and is feeless…just have the funds in your account…which I always do) got two 40 dollar off coupons for purchases 40 or more. Ended up getting Another Taker Ultimate and a figure that was marked down to 14 and a half bucks and on another order of UE Kane and another 14 and a half elite. Hey. 9 dollars for two new ultimates and elites is too good to pass up.

I’ve been checked out of the WWE section for few days. Is there any legitimate reason to think Batista might not be coming out or is this just WFigs just WFigsing?

i think we can be safe to assume this will NOT be hard to get. the last 2 Ultimate series have been flooding Target stores. this isn't an Amazon situation, I bet there will be 8-10 of these Batista's at every Target in a few months.

Are store exclusives produced as much as all chain figures? Don't think Steve will answer that question though. I will say, it's getting old looking for Amazon HBK and and Target Batista. It'll be that one day I don't look and they are gone is what I'm worried about. |
