I think it's just a case of one region/store/whatever getting an early shipment and it trickling through online. Its always like that with legends figures right at the beginning of the waves' availability

It’s funny to me that the people who freaked out weren’t the people who didn’t get it, but those who were telling people to calm down even though literally nobody freaked out this time. Has WF turned over a new leaf?
{3 hours from now}: ‘Buddy’s Toy Shop got a shipment from the truck-driving uncle, and a bidding war broke out until everyone saw that he had an E91 Hogan, when it erupted into a pier 6 brawl. I ball straight called, but Buddy had suffered 3rd degree burns from someone throwing microwaved butter in the confusion’.
