Hello everyone!
So admittedly, it's been ages since I last bought a Mattel figure or even posted here. I don't really collect on a regular basis like I used to, but decided to treat myself and buy the Elite 90 Randy Orton. It's my first Mattel figure in like 7 years?
Anyway, I'm aware of upgrades such as the True FX and the ever-changing packaging, etc. However, I've noticed his rose tattoo isn't colored anymore? I did some research and found out that his previous Elites didn't have them painted, unlike the very first one. Don't get me wrong, I think the Elite 90 is outstanding and arguably the best modern and contemporary scan of Orton (well he did revert back to his '09 look) but what gives regarding his tattoos?
