I remember in 2011-2013 there was fear we would lose hall before he got to receive his dues. Luckily he got to be there for 2 hours inductions a wm 31 moment. And helped some nxt guys I think he was on borrowed time and he got to go from a wrestling tragedy to a wrestling triumph much like Eddie Guerrero did. And like Eddie he will be immortal thru history thru games and thru figures and that is what many will never achieve. He reminds me of Warrior he closed all unfinished business he went out as a good guy despite claiming he was a bad guy.

I think if it wasn't for him seeking help through WWE, as well as DDP, we would have already lost him by now. While he passed way to young, he got more years then he was really on the path to having, so I think we've all got to be thankful for that. He got a second chance, and used to to appreciate the love he had from so many people, as well as being able to give a little back to the business.

It was a bumpy road for Scott Hall, but he left behind a fantastic legacy. He was such an impactful figure in the industry. I'm glad he was able to come back from his darkest moments and rightfully get the recognition he deserved for his contributions to the business.

There will never be another Scott Hall. Without the actions of the man once known as Razor Ramon, the professional wrestling business would never have been able to gain the momentum needed to eventually see superstars like Steve Austin, The Rock, DX, and Goldberg emerge.
The industry was changed forever when he and Kevin Nash showed up on WCW television orchestrating what we were told was a "WWF invasion." While most fans knew that what they were seeing on television was scripted, the entire idea was fascinating and must-see. The Hulk Hogan heel turn at Bash at the Beach 1996 sealed the deal, but it all would have been meaningless without The Bad Guy. Once the nWo formed, folks were tuning into professional wrestling programming regularly who had not watched in years, if ever.
Even though I didn't watch Scott perform on a weekly basis until 2002, I may have never become a wrestling fan in the first place without the shot in the arm the nWo gave the business. Every larger-than-life superstar we were privileged to watch in the late 1990s has to thank Nash, Hogan, and Hall for paving the way.
HEY YO!

“Hey yo. You people, you know who I am. But you don't know why I'm here.”
Words that changed the wrestling industry forever.

Was so far ahead of his time. Between creating his Razor character off of Scarface. Being in the Kliq which started DX, starting the Outsiders and talking Hogan into turning Hollywood to start the nWo. Creating the 2 sweet hands. To looking at a lost Sting and asking if he's seen this movie called the crow. Coming out to the Fugees "ready or not" dude had his finger on the pulse. I'm very glad at the end of his journey he felt how much he was loved. And how he wasn't the lone wolf anymore. And how he forgave himself for that incident in 83 that had a strong hold on his life for so long. Good guys get remembered but bad guys never die! R.I.P. Scott Hall. Your impact on not just wrestling, but pop culture is endless.

One of my all time faves.
Saddened to hear about the passing of the man who changed the business in 1996 when he accepted Easy Es offer...
