If it's called "greatest hits" then it's obviously re-releases. I just hope they don't 'stamp them' like Jakks used to do. An Undertaker with "best of 2006" on his leg. Silly stuff.
That said - I'm not particularly fussed about any of those pictured.

I'm all in on this series. I'm late to the game, so a second shot at any previously released legend/flashback that I missed out on with more modern touches like double-jointed elbows, True FX, etc is a home run to me. Assuming this is legit.

Re-releases with some minor improvements like TrueFX or minor deco improvements seems most likely. I'd imagine they'll be like the Top Picks line where they're pretty light on accessories, so things like cloth goods may be out.
On one hand, I'm not crazy about something like re-releasing an earlier Bam Bam when we still haven't gotten the purple flame gear. On the other hand, we're a decade in, there are so many figures at absurd secondary market prices, and there should be opportunities for newer collectors to build a collection without spending a fortune.
It's also possible they just do some repaints with different deco on existing designs. There would probably be very minimal added cost on Mattel's end, and it would expand the pool of potential buyers.

Good concept for those just breaking in. I'll keep an eye out for any that would fill gaps I have, but this first lineup might be a pass just based on the superstars themselves.
