Now don’t get me wrong I’m really enjoying Bryan in AEW with Moxley/Regal and I think he’s done some good stuff over there since his debut... but there’s a side of me that wants him to return to WWE and I’d even say that he shouldn’t have left in the first place.
Right now if Bryan was still here I’d think he’d be a good opponent for Seth at WM38 or we could get Bryan vs Balor or Richochet. I’ve always wanted Bryan vs Edge since Edge came back and I wouldn’t mind seeing Bryan vs Lesnar again, Bryan vs Owens, Nakamura, Big E etc.
He’ll probably return in a few years but would you guys want him back now? In a few years? Never again? Or do you think he should never have even left in the first place?

The work he is doing right now is just on another level. I don’t think anyone in wrestling can touch him. I loved his WWE run, but I’d hate to see him go back anytime soon.

He’s doing exactly what he was doing in the WWE.
Just with a lesser tier group of talent.

If Andre was still around, think of how big a match with Omos would've been

Appreciate his wrestling skills, but never felt entertained above average. The best story he had was with The Miz. Their chemistry in and out of the ring was fantastic. I think Bryan is one of those guys who doesn’t have to be in the Main Event to shine. He is a fantastic teacher for the younger generation, similar to what Regal was. He fits well with AEW although his spot has been taken by Punk. I’d rather like to see Dean Ambrose making a return but this will most likely never happen. René was the best Raw commentator since Lawler and JR have left. This couple is the biggest loss for WWE in my eyes...

This is all subjective, but imo...he never had a 5 star match in WWE. His best matches were against Punk at Over the Limit 2012, Bray Wyatt at Rumble 2014, and with Triple H at Mania XXX...and all of those were ****3/4 at best. You could maybe include his match with Lesnar, but I don't really feel the urge to rewatch it often because of the layout of the match. I say all this as a massive Bryan fan, as he is probably my all time favorite.
His first match in AEW was better than anything he did in WWE, and it has only gotten better. Imo, he has already had 5 ***** matches since coming to AEW:
vs Omega vs Suzuki vs Hangman 1 vs Hangman 2 vs Moxley
His 2 matches with Hangman, and his match with Moxley are legit my favorite matches of all time.
I love looking forward to watching him and Moxley beat the piss out of people each week.
Not to mention the possibilities when he goes back to being a singles wrestler, like another match with Punk, rematch with Omega, and maybe even a match with Okada.
Keep him in AEW.

I don't even care what your (anyone) stance on AEW is, if you want the American Dragon back in WWE without having done a post pandemic G1 I really don't know what to say.

No way! He's absolutely on fire right now and more interesting/entertaining than ever! The very last thing I as a fan would want is for him to go back to WWE and have to do what they say again.
Let him go back when he's doing his retirement run and go into the HOF in a few years.

Dude is teaming with Jon Moxley in mediocre tag team matches, but it’s “the best he’s been in years”.
Geeeez

There's nothing left for him to do in WWE. His style meshes better with AEW anyways.

The point I’m making is that Bryan had LOTS of great or “epic” matches in the WWE ring. Whether it was a pay-per-view match, on RAW, SmackDown, NXT, etc.

His matches with Roman was better than the Omega match. His matches with Page were better than both. All my opinion. I don’t do star ratings but his match with Kofi at Mania is 69 stars.

I liked the Kofi mania one much better than the Roman ones, but that Kofi mania thing was like the one story that had actually hooked me in a long time so y'know. I'd probably go Page Kofi Omega Roman. Kenny was so damn banged up at that point he was like Kurt Angle, so it's also tough to evaluate because they were relatively limited because of what Kenny could and couldn't do.
