I'm not interested enough in women's wrestling, to do a "Mount Rushmore" list of females... but if I did, Charlotte would be top of it. Tbh, Charlotte is the only woman I've ever truly been invested in, when it comes to female wrestlers. I mean, I can appreciate the ones who stand out in terms of talent, and there's a few I enjoy/enjoyed watching and am/have been entertained by... But, by and large - as opposed to the men, I care very little - if at all, about what most of them do. That's mostly because - as you would expect in a male-dominated industry, the female talent pool is - and obviously always will be, far shallower than the male one... and simply put, a lot of them are either not very good, don't have any star quality, personality, or indeed anything about them - apart from maybe their looks (ie Liv Morgan, Anna Jay), which makes them worth watching.

I'm not into classic women's wrestling much at all, and I have not taken time to watch the really good women's wrestling from Japan from the last few decades.
Oddly enough, I think I need to sort of look at this by a different criteria than I would rank a men's Mount Rushmore. Women's wrestling wasn't taken seriously in the U.S. on a mainstream level until the last 7 years or so. Its hard to only consider in-ring work when we are only considering that WWE or any other mainstream company didn't give women the chance to have great matches regularly until 2015. So I'm also going to consider the way they impacted women's wrestling for their era and the legacy they left for future women.
With that in mind, I'd probably say:
Chyna -- trailblazer for women with a unique look. Put up with a lot of bull**** being a woman in that era of wrestling. Superstar look. Broke the barrier of what women could do for the wrestling business. A lot of current women's wrestling stars look up to her as putting confidence in herself over everything else and owning who you are. Not the best wrestler in the ring but she was damn good at everything else that the business threw at her.
Trish Stratus -- the original "diva" in my mind. Worked so damn hard trying to get the woman's championship over at a time where women were nothing but eye candy. I can only imagine what sort of impact she would have had if she came ten years later. First on the list of Hall of Famers when we are talking women in the WWE.
Sasha Banks -- trancendent superstar. People outside of the wrestling bubble know her. She is sort of the perfect embassador for the WWE because she just oozes star power. And she's had some of the best matches I've ever seen -- NOT just best women's matches. She's a huge star that children all around the world look up to. I love her attitude of being the best and her ability to back it up. I don't think they'll ever be another woman like her.
Charlotte -- The first woman I ever saw wrestle in the WWE that made me believe that women could be equal to men on this stage. She's a super athelete and can give you the performance of a lifetime if she wants to. I know her recent stuff is really hindering her legacy, and this isn't the first rutt that she's fallen into creatively with the company. But I still think she is just an incredible performer and I have to put her on the list.

Chyna - same reason as hard 2 kill
Trish - again, same reason as hard 2 kill
Lita - she along with Trish trailblazer the women's division and put on clinics proving that women could do more than just look good and prance around in skimpy outfits (not that they didn't do that too) but Lita gets her own spot because of the work she did in progressing women into hardcore territory. The TLC matches, the table matches, the intergender matches.
Britt Baker - I know, I know. I wanted to choose somebody fresh and not in the WWE talent pool so no Charlotte, Becky or Bliss which would be my picks. Instead I went with Baker. The obvious choice was Thunder Rosa but it's as much of a wrestlers job to draw fans and talk as it is to be magical in the ring and to be frank, Baker puts asses in the seats. She doesn't mind being bloodied up or working a hardcore match either. She has much room to grow and if she ever makes it to the E we could see plenty of dream matches.

Probably how I’d go. Funnily Charlotte is my least favorite Horsewoman, but I can’t deny that she is currently the biggest name in womens wrestling. Mae would probably be replaced by Moolah if she hadn’t tarnished her legacy. Trish was the biggest name for the early 2000s. Chyna broke down so many barriers.
And I know, I know “THERES WRESTLING OUTSIDE WWE!”

Trish, Lita, Charlotte, Becky is probably the right answer for WWE. Although I’m not opposed to it being the entirety of the four horsewomen either. Their NXT run is what got me into enjoying and being invested in women’s wrestling on the same level as the men. Sasha vs Bayley at Takeover Brooklyn is probably my favorite match that I’ve seen in person.
