I've only ever met Mick. He seemed nice enough.
I had a boyfriend once who had many more experiences. One of which was with Bubba Ray. He was at an ECW show where he was sitting right where the wrestlers came out. The guy sitting behind him spit in Bubba's face and Bubba thought it was my boyfriend. Bubba literally tried to take a swing at him and was ready to go after him but Heyman intervened. My BF didn't hate Bubba for it though and he told me "If I were him, I'd probably have done the same."
He also told me about how he once encountered Jake Roberts after a local show. It was in the parking lot but Jake was, as he put it, "too coked up to be reasonable" and just started screaming at him. Unlike Bubba, he did hate Jake after that.

I had an interaction with Tommy Dreamer once as a kid through WWE's old site where Superstars had their own profiles to get fan mail, probably around 2007ish.. anyway I expressed my interest in wrestling. He essentially told me not to do it and said what I was practicing for nothing and it was dangerous. lol.
I was detracted and took his advice but I was like 12. I didn't really know what to think because him replying was a surprise. Was happy when he won the WW-ECW title though later on in life so I don't think I took it very personally.
Would own a figure of him today if the chance came and they were compatible with Mattel/Jazwares/Super7

I have meet so many wrestlers over the years from Sting,Foley,Angle,Hardy Boyz,Batista,Chrsitian,AJ Styles,Owens...ect and never had a bad interaction besides one which was sadly one of my fav five wrestlers in Foley. Not terrible but after his comedy show doing the meet in great seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else in the world, barely looked up and didn't seem to want to talk with the fans much at all. This was back in like '14 or '15.But I didn't take it personal at all and Foley is still one of my favorite.Just caught him on a bad and off night. From most reports from fans over the years he's great so don't hold anything against him.Hopefully down the road meeting him again will go better.

I wouldn't say it was a negative encounter, but out of all the guys I've met, Ted Dibiase was the least friendly. He clearly didn't want to be there, which is fine and I understand everyone has off days so it's never affected me being a fan of his.
Every other time I've met a wrestler it's been a great experience. Roddy Piper, Kane & Daniel Bryan, Sunny were all so friendly. Hell, I even bought a Classic figure off of Sunny at the event.
The worst signing experience I had was the first one I went to when I was 14. I just wanna say it was 100% not Rey's fault, but it was at a bookstore in Glasgow and when we got up there was two security who took your item off of you and walked to Rey at a table and then brought it back. I never spoke to Rey or got closer than 15 feet away from him. It was horrible, but I was just so excited I found his Classic Superstars figure in Forbidden Planet an hour before the signing and got it signed, so that was lucky!

Never had a bad experience with one. I've only met a couple. Harlem Heat as a kid and Sasha Banks a few years back. Sasha was very friendly.

When I was 6, I met a guy who looked like the Iron Sheik. He wasn't him, but he didn't want to shatter my happiness, so he signed a menu for me (It was at a "restaurant" on a boat.) He was really friendly. Does that count?

I’ve met an absolute ton of wrestlers and pretty much everyone has been cool. The only negative experience I’ve had was with CM Punk. I met I’ve twice at different WWE signings and he’s just plain rude. To me, I think be enjoys making people feel small and just isn’t a good person. I was a fan of his from his ROH days and I just couldn’t support him the same afterwards.

My worst experiences were with Mean Gene and Mick Foley. Mean Gene was rude, nasty, and uninterested. I’ve had disappointing experiences with Foley on multiple occasions. It would surprise me every time because he has a reputation for being a nice guy, but it wasn’t just one bad day. Regardless, I am still a fan of their work and I can still give credit where credit is due.

When I was 6, I met a guy who looked like the Iron Sheik. He wasn't him, but he didn't want to shatter my happiness, so he signed a menu for me (It was at a "restaurant" on a boat.) Are you sure it wasn't the real Iron Sheik? He didn't really have a career resurgence until the Brian Blair shoot comments in 2006 so it wouldn't be surprising to see him at random restaurants or stores. He even set up shop at a Walmart in 1997 doing autographs after his WWF run ended which I went to. My worst experiences were with Mean Gene and Mick Foley. Mean Gene was rude, nasty, and uninterested. I’ve had disappointing experiences with Foley on multiple occasions. Regardless, I am still a fan of their work and I can still give credit where credit is due. Also, I do think Foley has gotten better over the last few years but there was a time like 6-10 years ago when he was just as bad as any of the money grubbing miserable signers. There's a message board thread on google called "Foley is Crud" I've posted many times on here and has 50+ pages dedicated solely to bad experiences with Mick. The post got started because a UK promoter had Foley coming over, he paid Foley a first class ticket, Foley downgraded to coach/pocketed the difference and refused to say the name of the man's promotion calling it "an alternative promotion to WWE" because he was either employed by WWE at the time or was hoping they would re-hire him. Foley from early 2010s was one of the worst at signings so if you had a bad experience with him then, you WERE NOT alone. The fact people had good experiences always surprises me. He was one of the biggest money grubbers/miserable signers for years. But again, I do think he's gotten much better. What was with Mean Gene? Any specifics?

He definitely wasn't Sheik, unless he developed a West Country accent over the years.

For any wrestlers who get ticked off when people approach or talk to them. This is what you signed up for when being a famous wrestler. Yes it can be annoying & privacy invasive. However, think of how 1 bad interaction can ruin a kid or someone elses view of you. Or if it's a good one they will like you forever. Sure you might be in a bad mood but why force that on other people? Wrestlers, the day them fans aren't showing up at the airport or trying to talk to you is the day you should be angry. Because that is the day you aren't relevant anymore. Just take the pictures, smile, sign whatever. You only risk making things worse by ignoring or being negative in response. I get it that it sucks to have to do it all the time. But this is the life you choose. Many famous people can not go grocery shopping or mix with the public because they will be mobbed. It's the price of fame. You can make or break a fan's view of you with one bad interaction. Or you give them a good interaction & they cherish it forever & tell the story on forums like this. You decide. Depends. You're overlooking that these guys are often injured/in pain, jetlagged and overworked. If some neckbeard came up to me in an airport expecting me to sign some crap so he can make a quick buck on ebay I don't think I'd necessarily be able to be positive towards him. These guys are human beings like everyone else. You have to cut them some slack. You can't just invade people's privacy because they're on TV. If it's a fan meet/greet though, there's not really an excuse to be a dick.

I saw Matt Bloom at a grocery store in Philadelphia once. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

That's weird, I met Matt and he was amazing. I promised him I'd never share this publicly, but I just can't bear to see him trashed like this. So anyway, I met Matt Bloom at a restaurant once - we’d accidentally been given his table. Apparently he was fond of the restaurant and had a specific table he liked, and the management had messed up and gotten their days wrong, (it was Tuesday and they thought he was coming on Thursday or something like that). Anyway, the manager, completely embarrassed (this is a pretty nice restaurant) comes by and says “I’m so sorry, but we’d like to move you to another table if you could be troubled, and we’ll gladly compensate you for the cost of the meal and any other meal you’d like while you’re in town.” My sister and cousin were both like “Yeah that’s cool.” and I kind of played the a**hole a bit. “I’m sorry, I just don’t understand. We’ve been here for 15 minutes - we’ve just ordered. Can’t we finish our meal here?” Then out of nowhere Matt Bloom shows up next to the manager and says “Paul, these guys can finish. We’ll be at the bar. I got some time.” And I (being a big Albert/A-Train fan) said “Oh wow, uh… I had no idea. Please feel free to give them the table.” Matt was grateful, shook my hand and said thanks, then gave me a card with his number on it and told me to give him a call later. After working up the nerve, I gave him a call that night, and to make a long story short, we had a glorious 11 month love affair, man on man, that I shall never forget. Our bodies intertwined as one, and from the beauty of Morocco, to the French Riviera, to the snorkeling in the Galopagos, Matt Bloom and I made glorious love to each other on six of the seven continents.

Not disappointed.

Hardy Boyz: had a great energy at a meet and greet. They both looked tired from their trip especially Matt. That didn't hinder thier interaction with the fans. They were super nice to me and my girlfriend.
NZO/Enzo Amore: what a great personality. Anyone who paid for a Instagram video, he made a different message for each one (I didn't as for one). Either with an insult or compliment. He was too funny lol. I loved my interaction with him.
I love these wrestler even more because of these great experiences.
