With the last WCW Rey elite being Elite 67 and the one before that being Elite 32, I think it would be a good time to re-visit WCW era Rey. It would be nice to have the double jointed elbows and some appropriate sized interchangeable hands. With an Ultimate, we could even gain butterfly joints (although I wouldn't hold my breath for an Ultimate simply due to the limited number of people that the torso could be used for).
