WCW vs nWo line, four figures, two each from nWo and WCW. 96 to its last run in 2000s. Each set would be build a set piece. Like the nitro announce table, the entrance tunnel, the big WCW steel letters, nWo interview set.

Easy. A Monday Night Wars set. You could have three from each company in a fantasy lineup. Iโd go with
Goldberg vs Stone Cold Sting vs The Undertaker Bret Hart vs Kurt Angle

Mattel would be a Video Game line where they choose attires that appear in specific games each wave. One could Here Comes The Pain, another could be No Mercy, etc.
Branching out in to Jazwares, I want a line of Indy looks. Gimmie Mox in the Switchblade Conspiracy, Kingston in the Puerto Rico pants, Samoa Joe in the Brown/black shorts, blond punk in the ballers, etc.

So many choices. If I were going for one, I'd do an Ultimate Edition/Build-a-Set wave. The event would be the first time Hogan and Flair met on TV. The build-a-set would be the Funeral Parlor with the wooden coffin that Taker walked out of, and the grey coffin with the Hogan stickers on it. The 6 figures would be Hogan, Flair, Taker, Bearer, Savage and Piper, all in the attires from that segment, and both the WWF Title and WCW Big Gold Belt. This was a big moment when I was really first getting into wrestling, and the set would come with 6 HOF's. Wouldn't need a chase, but a collector's edition figure could be announcer Vince McMahon since he was commentating when this happened. If they can't do Vince, then the collectors edition figure could be Ultimate Warrior w/ the coffin with Warrior stickers on it. I would be able to die in peace if this happened.

A line of Ultimate Editions centered on the joshi wrestlers they've had. Something like... Aja Kong (Survivor Series '95) Akira Hokuto (Nitro, 6/9/97) Asuka (Takeover Chicago) Bull Nakano (Summerslam '94, let's say) Io Shirai (let's say something like Takeover XXV, so we can get her older look that could be paired with E73 Kairi) Kairi Sane (Kabuki Warriors) Meiko Satomura (NXT: UK; Meiko/KLR II)

If I were in charge of a line, I'd pick the legends line and cater to collectors essentially rebooting the Classic Superstars line. The first thing I would do is pull the line from target and start a website exclusively for the line that ships internationally. I would revert to the original legends line style packaging and do seven regular waves a year consisting of six elite style figures each, one chase each series, and in each of those six waves I would have a very limited collectors figure (LCE), and an additional four themed waves a year like the main elite line with the build a figure concept. As well as 7 waves of elite style two-packs in the original Legends 2 pack style packaging 4 packs per wave. My year one would be
Wave 1 Shawn Michaels (IYH Mind Games) Bruiser Brody (12-4-76) CHASE Bruno Sammartino (short hair WWWF champion era blue/green trunks variant) Eric Bischoff (nWo) Harley Race (Starrcade 83) The Fabulous Moolah (7-23-84) LCE Stu Hart (1945)
Two Packs The Steiner Brothers-Rick & Scott (WWE/F debut) The Rock and Roll Express-Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson (4-28-90) The Soul Patrol-Rocky Johnson & Tony Atlas (WWF Tag Title win 83) Ric Flair vs Ricky Steamboat (NWA, 2-20-1989)
Wave 2 Jeff Jarrett (Royal Rumble 95) Pedro Morales (9-30-72) CHASE Jim Cornette (4-28-90/1-14-84 Variant) Hercules (Wrestlemania III) "Macho Man" Randy Savage (Memphis 4-6-85) Wendi Richter (11-25-85) LCE Verne Gagne (1952)
Two Packs The Hart Foundation Bret Hart & Jim Neidhart (Blue and black gear) The Midnight Express-Stan Lane & Bobby Eaton (4-28-90) The Midnight Express-Dennis Condrey & Bobby Eaton (1-14-84) Hulk Hogan vs King Kong Bundy (Wrestlemania II)

Muk it, go again (since so many people are posting multiple waves)
For a whole other series, I'd do "The Women of Wrestling" set.
Note: Most of these I'm not too picky on specific attires for. Just gimme something that looks awesome and has a spectacular headsculpt.
Wave 1
Sable (Hair down, Black Bodysuit) Jacqueline (Red Wrestling Attire) Molly Holly (Like the one we're getting, but better) Chyna (First IC title run) Debra (In sky blue business suit) Lita (Team Xtreme) CHASE: Mighty Molly (Again, just like the one we're getting, but better) CE: Mae Young (In her CS attire)
Wave 2
Tori (DX Attire) Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley (Night after Armageddon '99) Luna Vachon (Same as CS attire) Ivory (Purple Attire) Stacy Keibler (Dutchess of Dudleyville) Torrie Wilson (GAB) CHASE: Tori (Kane attire) CE: Molly (from her "prude" run)
Wave 3 - Women of ECW
Dawn Marie Kimona Wanalaya Francine Beulah McGillicutty Jazz Tammy Lynn Sytch CHASE:Dawn Marie CE: Elektra CE2: Angelica
Wave 4
Alundra Blaze Wendy Richter (Original Screwjob attire) Bertha Faye Bull Nakano Velvet McIntyre Rockin Robin CHASE: Wendy Richter CE: Spider-Woman (Mask on sculpt only, I don't really want to acknowledge Moolah but the original screwjob is too important not to put into plastic) CE2: Sensational Sherri (Black Managerial Attire)
Wave 5:
Nidia (Crop top and Jean Shorts) Ivory (Right to censor) Sable (WMXV) Stacy Keibler (WWE Debut Attire) Trish Stratus (T&A attire, do it right) Torrie Wilson (GAB) CHASE: Trish Stratus CE: Super Stacy
Wave 6 AKA - "I know these figures exist but I don't want to pay what they want for the Jakks ones"
Lillian Garcia (Hush, I know, but I want a replacement for the Jakks one) Maria Cherry (Roller Skates are a must here) Christy Hemme Dawn Marie (Nurse Attire) Tiffany CHASE: Cherry CE: Queen Sharmell
Elite 2 Packs
LayCool (With split Womens Title) BlissCross (A Moment of Bliss attire) Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott (Joker and Harley attire)
3-Packs
PMS (Terri, Jacqueline, Ryan) The Riott Squad Toxic Attraction
Ringside Exclusives
Marlena Cyndi Lauper Stephanie McMahon (Wrestlemania X8 - it's so hideous, I want one)
If there was a universe where all this would happen I would never eat again for as much debt as I'd go into.
ETA: I forgot to add my "Women of WCW" wave on here as well. I'll leave that one up to your imagination outside of Miss Madness, NWO Liz, and Medusa all being in it
