I have read somewhere about the defective heads of modern day UE the rock. I want to make sure the one I have MOC is not one of them. Is there a way I can tell it from the box or I have to open it (I hope not) to check the feet & try popping the heads to see if it have the same problem?

If I’m not mistaken the issue was the heads not being able to put placed on the peg, so you couldn’t swap the bad heads onto the figure, but I also think it was for the retro/first Rock instead of the 2nd/modern Rock.

If your keeping it carded and never swapping the heads, why does it matter? The heads are all the same except for a flaw with the peg hole. I just don’t understand why that would matter for moc purpose…

Yes, one of the heads is wobbly but my preferred head fits fine. I really like the figure and I think the head scan looks great. The shirt could have been a better choice for an UE. IMO a great compromise to the Amazon UE that I missed out on.

Two of the heads on my AE Rock Ultimate fit just fine (Screaming head and People's Eyebrow) but the stock head wouldn't because I think it wasn't retooled with a hole meant for swapping.
The new Top Picks Elite Rock has the same head but it's better tooled to pop on and off.
