Cody Rhodes newer elites have them also but in a different skin tone.

Bo Dallas. I actually like those thicker legs. They could be used on different figures. RVD has chicken legs for whatever reason and could use molded trunks.

Almost every figure needs the thicker thigh. They're wrestlers. Mattel out here having 75% of their figures with stick legs. I used Hogan thighs on my Perry Saturn custom for crying out loud.
