Anyone else order from Collector shop?
These seem to be everywhere now and yet they haven't fulfilled the order and got a pretty poor "distribution problems" reply back.

I have one pre-ordered from them. Ended up finding him in store so emailed them to cancel last week and never got a response from them(not the first time either). Then surprise, surprise I receive shipping notice today. |

Yeah can't say I'll use them again after this. He is everywhere in store now and I've had this on pre order with them for nearly 7 months without any correspondence letting me know of a delay or ETA.

They are not receiving these Batistas from Mattel traditionally, or ANY exclusive for that matter.
The people who work for them go to target and purchase them, then they ship to you.
They are not an official retail for mattel.
More or less a glorified mom and pop shop with an online store.
May be usefull for peeps over seas, but you can prolly get better deals elsewhere.

They did the same thing to amazon exclusives too. Thats why they dont give you a proper release date if you didnt notice. Even the new walmart RA line, it says "No current shipping estimate. Any reputable (Not saying they are bad) place that has their own exclusives, has a general release date in place. The reason, they cant give you a release date, is because they have to wait until the stores receive their product like everyone else. They either A) preordered alongside us or B) Drive themselves to the stores to get them. |

I have PayPal but I’m in the UK.
(I got one from e-bay shipped to the UK but mine came with 2 neutral headsculpts. 😰)

They finally replied to my email a week ago saying it would be dispatched "in a few days".
Nothing so far. Has anyone had luck cancelling with them before as I am
Very peed off with their lack of customer service.

I had one preordered from them. The original date to ship was March/April. I contacted them to cancel the order since that date wasn't met. Never heard from them then a week later got shipping notification. From there it sat almost another week in "label created". I contacted them again stating that if their preorder date for exclusives passed that you can get refunded per the policy on their website and how can something sit waiting so long to be picked up. Finally they got back to me and apologized saying they never received my cancel request. They did give me a $20 credit for a future order and Batista was delivered. I learned my lesson to stay away from them on exclusives, which is odd because they are normally on point and I have been dealing with them for a long time on his website and ebay store. Things happen I get it but still no excuse for not giving a simple update like Ringside will do when things are delayed.
