Yup just emailed them and asked nicely. They refunded me in about 4 business days.

I don’t understand if you are interested enough to preorder them, and impatient enough to wait on them. Why not buy when they are actually released for $5-$10 more (from Powertown)

Seems like it would cut a lot of stress and worrying away

These things aren’t made to order. They sell them when they release too

I bought Stan Hansen and Bruiser Brody at separate times quite a bit after they released. From Powertown I would’ve got the rest also, but finances weren’t there

But they definitely had them all available for a while after release

You can have a heated response if you want, fact is they sell them for $10 more than pre order when they come in Obviously the wait is / was bothering you. So maybe the $10 ‘fee’ would be worth it to someone like you

I’m not trying to argue or start anything, hell I’ve been in your position too. I tried to cancel my BRG Bulldogs because I got tired of waiting, but they wouldn’t let me. I’ve canceled orders with FC Bone Crunchers because I got tired of waiting

I was really just trying to say they offer them after the fact with a reasonable mark up, and you don’t have to float your money for probably a year with this company

Don't mind him (taserface). He regularly defends companies on here when there are legitimate complaints to be had and his response is typically that the complainers are whiners or conspiracy theorists. That is the way a certain type of person shuts off conversation. Didnt work with me because i know almost every ct comes true. I also have eyes so i can see when there is a problem and can form a based response derived from facts (in this case pt has not given any updates for far too long)

In this day of age there is zero chance that pt is unaware of this thread even if they never post here. They are 100% aware of this and the remco all stars thread and can see people are starting to back out. The fact that they have still not at least responded on instagram with an update to qualm fears is disturbing. It takes less than a minute to write something

We have every right to form our opinions. Based on previous experiences i have had with mattel and with the four horsemen studios back in the days when they were offering their gothripolis line on kickstarter and a host of other projects that get funded but never deliver the final product, any time there is a lack of updates there is valid reason for concern.

I remember being screwed several times (by walmart especially) and had my preorders cancelled and in 3 instances money was never refunded. I have seen ebay presales ending up costing 1000s of customers a lost opportunity to purchase elsewhere and the scammers making out with 100s of thousands of dollars without reprocussions followed by a rinse and repeat with different accounts.

In this case, with pt, i made a small order but when you go all in and for over 800 quid for a 4 horsemen kickstarter without any true precedent that it will work out you take a risk that generally speaking should not be there with an established company. So you have every right to question the current status of these figures.

Like others here there is still a hope that these will at some point be made (delivered) but they have a duty to at least let their shareholders (presale customers) know of any problems that are causing delays. Their instagram page was last updated 3 weeks ago (aug 22). Time will tell.




Edit: just checked their last preorder update wS june 20. Anyone receive the matt cardona and brian myers 2-packs yet. They were supposed to ship this month:

I haven’t seen anyone get the Cardona figure yet. As for the Remcos, I doubt they will ship in October. A more recent update from powertown would be nice. I’m guessing we will have them in hand early 2025.

The former, I.e. they go back to me the next business day and said to look out for the refund via my method payment in the next few business days. I recall the person even saying to get back to them if I didn’t see refund by then. But it was all good.

I hope they follow through with their products. But seriously no excuse for the radio silence

Powertown really needs to give some updates.

Oh geez, no one is spreading fear and lies relax. But, a lack of updates and not responding to email querys (both actions that require the bare minimum of time & effort), are certainly worth noting, at the very least. Thats it.
