The more videos and images I see of Brody the more I’m kinda regretting my purchase. He seems to be the worst looking one out of the set. Has anyone tried or gonna try to remove the scaring from his forehead? The scarring is correct, but why they chose to color it so much is a bit questionable. The redness makes it look like he’s bladed. |

I'm surprised the gig marks aren't sculpted on Brody. Once I get mine in hand, I may consider repainting them in a more subtle tone. I wish it looked closer to the render, but I'm not surprised that the factory may not have been able to capture the subtlety and coloring perfectly.

My package left Alabama at 9:28 last night. USPS says delivery today, but I have my doubts, lol. Hopefully it just gets to Maine and then maybe tomorrow.🤞

Anyone outside the US received shipping notification? I'm in Australia, ordered 2 sets. I don't expect they'll even look at shipping them until KVE arrives, as the shipping was over $100.

I’m in Canada, and they’re holding mine until KVE arrives. I told them to ship the 5 they have, and I’ll even pay the shipping on KVE myself. They didn’t respond. Oh well. Just sucks seeing ppl getting these and I have to wait longer. |

Just curious… has anyone tried to remove the heads from these Powertown figures? I’m wondering how they’d look on Mattel Elite or Ultimate figures. I’d assume that they’d be a bit too large for Mattel Elite, but perhaps not.

That looks pretty good! Is the peg hole for Magnum the same (more or less) as an Ultimate’s head or did you have to modify it?

I got my shipment yesterday. I only had time to open up Stan Hansen. I’ll admit to being very much a doubter to this whole project. I’ll gladly eat my crow because these figures are very impressive. I can’t wait to see where they go from here.

Got my figures yesterday. I think they did a hell of a job on these. Then again, they are $45 each so I would expect them to be high quality but still.
PROS:
Characters we would never get anywhere else
Packaging is awesome. Way better than Mattel in terms of the folding plastic wrapping. I can put them right back in the box and they would look unopened cause there is very little to fuss with to open them
High quality figures
Awesome title belts
Accessories are good quality. Rope is actually made of rope. Chain is actually chain etc.
CONS:
Face scans aren't on the level of Mattel but are still really good
Don't scale perfectly. Brody is pretty huge
Price. I still think $45 is a little steep. I think an Ultimate at $35 is better value still
Could use soft goods. Not a fan of the hard rubber
Overall a 8.5/10 for me. You can't really find much better figures from a company not named Mattel.
