So following a successful main event against Kevin Owens at WM38... would you guys want Austin to have some more matches?
I’d personally love to see it but I also wouldn’t mind if he stays retired since his comeback match just seemed so perfect tbh. I’d say I’m 50/50 overall but what if we could get some big dream matches with Lesnar, Cena, Reigns, Goldberg, Orton, AJ, Seth etc.

I wouldn't. I'd rather just appreciate this last one for what it was and his career as a whole.

As a huge Austin fan, no. He took a chance coming back to do the Owens match after ending his career with the Rock match. Luckily he had enough in him to put on an entertaining brawl. The poetry as well, having his first match and his last match in Dallas was too good too. It should be his swan song.

No!
I wouldn't want it to end up like Undertaker where he just didn't know when to retire. With his matches getting worst and worst

I don’t think so. I felt like he barely got away with that one. The first few minutes, he didn’t look good at all. When he got warmed up though, he was fine. And I’m sure they could figure out a way to do more matches that would play to what he can still do, and hide his weaknesses (or even build drama around them). They never really pulled the trigger on Undertaker being the old gunslinger seeing if he’s got one more round in him. They could maybe do that with Austin, although like Taker, Austin’s strong suit was never vulnerability.
So yeah. Right now I don’t think I want any more, but I’m open to them changing my mind on that.

Nope. That was the perfect end to his career. There’s no point in more.

No.
But I could watch him all day on the mic and dishing out stunners.

Would be really cool, but I just don't see it happening. If he wanted the big Saudi payouts I feel like he would've been doing them from the beginning, maybe returning at WrestleMania 34 and showing up in intervals similar to Bill Goldberg.

No, I think his match with Owens was the perfect swan song. I hope he leaves it at that.

Nope. He's a different era/brand. He doesn't fit in.

Perfect ending to his career at 57 years old. I don't need to see anymore Stone Cold matches to know how much I love watching the guy, his careers work speaks for itself. Him coming back on the odd occasion to stunner someone, yeah sure. But another match? No, leave it the way it ended as it was a fantastic way to finish his in ring work.

WM38 was such a homerun win for Austin...I'm going to say no. It couldn't have ended any better. Let it be.

No way. That Wrestlemania match with Kevin Owens was the perfect storybook ending for Steve. He need not do an HBK or Flair and come back one too many times and tarnish the perfect ending.

The way I see it, he needed that match with Owens to complete his career. When he fought Rock at WM19 no one knew it would be his last match, it was like an unofficial retirement that cut him off short. In fact I thought his 2003 return was the beginning of another chapter.
However, a part time Austin would be a dream come true for Vince. He will offer, but will Austin accept?

No,like others have said his Mania match went so well I would hate for him to take a chance and mess that up.

never say never in wrestling, but that (like 'Taker) was the perfect ending to his in-ring career. no need to backtrack on it.
but Saudi is gonna be calling next year or later this year, you watch.

No and he should have never came back since his WrestleMania 19 match against his biggest rivial the Rock was the best ending possible to his career imo.

Austin recently said his in ring career is likely over but never say never and if Vince calls him to show up at WM39 then he’ll be there.
I wouldn’t mind if he shows up to wrestle or just to Stunner somebody tbh... anything to get Austin on TV.
