Never has, probably never will. I like some some of the talent, and watch for certain people... but AEW as an entity, means absolutely nothing to me. Punk rocking up there didn't sway me either, because there's only one company I want to see him in - and it ain't this one... the same goes for Jericho. I basically watch it because it's there. If it shut down tommorow, I wouldn't give a flying you-know-what - especially taking into account who the owner is, and the way the company has conducted itself in its brief existence - and at least I wouldn't have to see or hear from Tony Khan again.

I was sold since day one, excited because I was hungry for a WWE alternative. Saw DoN 2019 on PPV, and actually attended their second show (Fyter Fest 2019) in person, with my wife. Never looked back. Went to three Dynamites since then, plus the Revolution 2022 show. Met Dr. Britt before she hit her heel turn.
All my wrestling related $$$ for tix and merch have gone towards AEW, since they've existed. I haven't been to a WWE-branded show since November 2018.

Since the first Dynamite. But honestly since Punk, Bryan, Lee, UE, Joe and Hardy joined and Cody left I have been liking it less. Now all these guys seem to be the priority every week. Punk, Bryan and maybe Cole I can see, but the rest no so much.

The AEW PPVs that happened in the spring and summer of 2019 didn't sell me on AEW. To me it looked like ROH with money behind it. It wasn't until I watched their Dynamite show on TNT and got to see Tony Schiavone and Jim Ross together was I sold on AEW. It felt like WCW Nitro style of wrestling then, so I was hooked. However, lately my love for AEW isn't that high. A lot of what I did like of AEW is just not happening anymore. So now I watch it out of habit. This. For me the first show back from the pandemic with the live crowd won me over, but same, lately I don’t even watch. I didn’t like NXT, they beat NXT in ratings and now have become the show nobody wanted to watch…that makes sense lol. That’s like the Union Army hiring all the Confederate Generals after the war. But yea, they won my heart and just as quickly lost it. I’m content with WWE network being what I watch. Wrestling will always be no interesting in the past….even 10 years from now this stuff will be better.

Bought one ppv and went to one Dynamite. Got some figures so they’ve made an impact on my wrestling fandom. Haven’t stolen my heart and probably never will but I wish them all the success. Whatever helps wrestling thrive overall is all I care about

I've liked it from the beginning, but have to admit there were very few guys I really cared about and I ended up fast forwarding through most of the matches.
CM Punk returning to wrestling and guys like Adam Cole, Malakai Black, and Miro caught my intrigue for sure as I was big fans of theirs in WWE/NXT. But Bryan Danielson was really THE one signing that cemented me as an AEW fan and frankly, the product as a whole got much better once he was known to be arriving. Makes sense. He's without question (at least IMHO) the best professional wrestler in the world so him being there is going to make everyone else step up their game a bit.

lol never. Boggles my mind that AEW botched Punk so bad. And not to mention Keith Lee, Christian, Big Show, Mark Henry, and plenty others. But it is fun to see all DYE HARDZ scream and hit themselves in the faces with frying pans saying AEW is the greatest thing EVVAAAAAAAA.

I have been all in since all in. The first episode of Dynamite was the first time I have been looking forward to wrestling in a long time. That first match seeing Sammy for the 1st time and inner circle forming at the end. Santana and Ortiz coming in with the masks on etc etc every episode had me excited for the next. Even through the covid times I felt like aew still had me glued week to week, having the wrestlers as the crowd helped a great deal. Losing Brodie and watching the dark order slide down the ranks def sucked. Would have loved to see Brodie in front of a live crowd. When crowds officially came back then cole, bryan, punk etc etc its so much fun. Going to my first live show for them was the icing on the cake, the energy live is amazing. Me and my buddy got to meet danhausen, Sammy, tay, Darby and Caster. All were extremely nice and genuine. Yeah Aew has their ups and downs but it's the energy that reminds me of the old wwe, tna, roh days that I was missing for far to long. I am looking forward to the ppv but it just feels all over the place and I do look forward to the shows after the ppv so we can hopefully get back to the actual roster. We need some better stories going forward and more of a direct line instead of running around like Tony is on fire, lol. But good or bad I am excitedly on for the ride.

When I was at the original Double or Nothing back in 2019.
I felt that passion reignite after getting bored of WWE and I completely gave up on TNA in 2015.

I liked it from the beginning but this last year they’ve been losing me a bit. Cody leaving was the start, but adding all these ex NXT guys like Cole, Fish, O’Reilly, Lee, Swerve has lost my interest even more, because they were part of the reason I was AEW instead of NXT to begin with. Plus adding Punk, Bryan, Hardy’s & Miro to the mix and all taking time that was going to others it’s like I am watching WWE 2.0.

I genuinely would like to know who you guys liked better than who they feature now. They feature more and more of the over/good people and less of the garbage. You can keep Scorpio Sky, Dork Order, Cody and the Bucks vacuum segments.
Punk and Bryan are my only reason for tuning in in the first place. There’s been some other good stuff, but really don’t need another chop fest in the middle of a match. Kills all momentum. Not everyone need a GD 20 min match. Zzzzz…
Chris Jericho hasn’t been good in like 5-6 years. Everything he does is an old man trying to leech off of younger talents popularity and he still beats them because he has such a fragile ego. Literally lose respect for that guy every time he opens his mouth. Tiny Cons company is fun, but there’s still a lot of garbage.

I think a lot of people enjoyed the le champion Jericho era, but yeah, it’s been abysmal since.

Shida was enjoyable, but the whole having other shows booked and then being mad she had to be written out of the tournament hurt her. Seems like there might be a lack of communication which works both ways, but we’re seeing more and more sour grapes.

When Dynamite began I was hooked immediately. I’m still loyal, but they’re starting to lose me a bit. The first strike was Tony Khan. I’m grateful to him for putting this together (with lots of help), but I’m not really a fan of Schmosby. He talks too much, he comes across like a mark for certain guys and girls, but completely neglects others, and he clearly thinks very highly of everything he does, even the very public, very obvious missteps.
Strike two was Cody leaving. To me he really was the heart and soul of AEW. Now that he’s with WWE again he is very clearly (and maybe always was) an inherently WWE guy, but since he got injured so early in his run it still doesn’t feel totally real. It metaphorically ripped my heart out when he left, as that felt like a pretty big loss. In fact, the whole company still feels different (in a bad way) without him.
I’m trying to keep an open mind, but strike 2.5 is Punk. I despise him, he’s the sole reason I stopped watching wrestling in 11/12, and I was elated when he left (even more so when he got the $#!t kicked out of him in humiliating fashion twice in UFC).
If MJF were to leave I think I’d have to throw in the towel, at least temporarily. Things are going to be harder for AEW now that Triple H’s WWE is so much better than Vince’s over the last few years (although I was bored to tears by Raw last night and I’m never really bored by AEW).
