How long did the “Scratch” one last? I just remember mostly Bryan from the WM30 win so I’ll always associate it with him but since I’d tuned out at that point I’ve no idea how many years it lasted and who held it.

Really stopped watching after 2002/03, and it's hard to choose since the titles changed so rapidly during the Attitude Era and beyond.
Winged Eagle: Hulk Hogan (Sadly), then Savage, then Bret Hart

Here is what wikipedia says: Hogan introduced another new design, the "Winged Eagle" championship belt, which became the primary design for the next decade with many wrestlers holding this version, and is considered the most popular design of the championship. Its nickname is derived from the eagle's wings seemingly coming off of the center plate, which included the block WWF logo and read "World Heavyweight Wrestling Champion". |

Pretty sure it lasted until Brock Lesnar smashed John Cena at SummerSlam 2014. Then they debuted the current belt with Brock, ending the need to carry two belts around. |

I would guess it’s called Winged Eagle because the wings are part of the actual face plate’s shape where others are just etched into the face plate.
