There were so many surfer Sting’s that should have been released while he was under contract. I have said this for years and I still stand behind it. There should have been a Sting released in every single wave released while he was under contract.

Definitely more Dudley figures. Only one battle pack and one set of elites, never got flashbacks.

Public enemy and Hugh morris Mattel had the rights to make them in 2014 and bill even asked here what attires to make,but of course all the assclowns back then had to throw a fit over them being made before the nasty boys and Harlem heat was and complained they wouldn't buy at all because of it even though bill said the others was coming in later sets down the line. He wanted to just get these figures out in a series first before the expiration of contracts.

Definitely a 2005-06 Kurt Angle, would have been killer with the adjustable straps we're seeing with the RSC Taker.
Obviously Team Xtreme but the Brood RSC is close enough, same with the Jeff that came with the 2 pack with HHH
ECW/Attitude Era Dudleyz are a blatant omission
Not as major but I would have loved to see an Ultimate Surfer Sting, easily would have blown any of his Elites out of the water.
2004-05 Christian and an updated E&C version, latter would have paired nicely with the Legends Edge

Tennis racket, jumper round his neck, he’ll you could’ve been gone the whole hog and for fun had a uk/tennis/Wimbledon themed box since the whole thing was about it bring in London, hone of Wimbledon etc
Also bret in his short punk singlet. I think any one off or more unique looks from wrestlers who otherwise wore quite similar outfits would make good figures. HHH in his bikers as another example.

Top of my list is LOD 2000. We have LOD from their earlier years in their black attire, in their red iconic attire and the less desirable blue attire from their WCW run. It is only fitting that we finally get the Road Warriors in their LOD 2000 gear next.
