Hey, I just got a new figure in today and it has those white, cloudy acetone stains on the trunks. Does anyone know how to remove those?

I have this on like 2 or 3 figures as well. Never knew what it was. I’ll try a magic eraser on it.
I’ve tried magic eraser on 1 figure to see if it would remove the tiny dots/specs on the face. It helped.

Lighters do surprisingly well heating the spot away, but a very obvious risk of deforming the plastic.

Yeah it’s not great, a lot of room for error. If you’re careful and don’t let the flame get too close it will work, gotta be careful tho. Also obviously be safe with fire lol. |

I seen this on one of the new Legends Edge figures torsos, luckily they had 2 so I passed on it. Weird issue for sure.
